On receiving my last account

On receiving my last account, there was a note that based on our past usage, we may be able to save $$ by changing plans. Upon phoning CovaU I was given information of a new plan, with feed in tariff & a discount on usage. Good service provided but you need to be proactive in following up if there is a better plan for you.

I recently contacted the call centre regarding an issue with my account, and Opalyn Pangan assisted me. She was prompt, professional, and resolved my query during the first call itself. She clearly guided me through the entire process and followed up with an email to confirm everything had been taken care of.

Great customer service

I spoke to a woman from the customer service team regarding an outstanding bill. It related to a family member who had since passed. She was incredibly understanding and sorted the issue for me swiftly, and even accommodated a further request by me to document the incident via email which I was very appreciative of. She was super validating, helpful and kind. Thank you.

Great help from call centre

I received a ridiculously high bill for about 20 days of electricity provision, with no payment of the solar feed in rebate. I contacted the help centre but they said I had to provide all this documentation to get the solar rebate, which my previous provider was giving me. I eventually spoke to a helpful person and she was excellent, following through with emails. Very responsive and helpful, the situation has now been sorted and my bill reduced by $168.

Great Communication

Communicated with CovaU about disconnecting the account of a deceased customer. They were quick, courteous and had everything sorted within 3 hours.
