Progressing with Good Customer Service

CovaU electricity is working well - switched in 2 days. CovaU can improve gas by informing customers that switching takes 30 to 90 days or expedited for $8.80 it takes 3-5 business days. CovaU initially informed me of the fee, not the wait times. After 30 days I phoned CovaU, who gladly waived the fee to expedite, informing me of the times.

Beware Covau which should be called…

Beware Covau which should be called Covid, will sweet talk you into signing with them and then ask you for a five star feedback. Zero stars is where it should be rated. Absolute rats that will fleece your bank account in the blink of an eye. There are cheaper energy providers out there. Shop around.

Respectful and cooperative

I had an issue with my account and extra charges incorrectly sent to me in a bill, I ranged them on the phone and managed to get things sorted. The support team showed respect, understanding and cooperation which I quite appreciated
