She was very professional with how she talked and how she guided me through my process of joining COVAUenergy, she also gave me a well informed run through of the payment charges and plans, mind you this is my first time talking with her and first time joining any kind of energy service company. Good customers service. Fast response for any requests. You not have to waiting on the phone to contact CovaU customers services for enquiries (compares other like banks, government ets). Also they try to gives you advise about the best rates for you.
