Very good car hire insurance at a good price. Had to claim for a paint scrape when we were charged 350euros for something we didn't do. It was easy to fill in the forms. Questions were answered quickly. Claim was sorted out within around 10 days. Very satisfied Would recommend!

Only One Level Of Cover?
I used this company as they were recommended by Which? They recommended the Silver cover saying the Gold cover offered little extra for the increased price. Gold is the only cover available on the website. I guess after Which? said what they did the company removed Silver, or made it difficult to find on the website.

We appreciate your feedback. There are a couple of reasons why you’re only seeing Gold as an option.
If you’re hiring a car in your country of residence, Gold cover is the only level available. You’ll also only see Gold if you select the USA & Canada as the hire location.

Error on policy
I made a mistake with my policy and Charlotte dealt with this effectively. The mistake was cancelled and payment was refunded with no fuss. Would highly recommend this company.
