The worst company I’ve ever ordered clothes from. It had been 46 days that my order hadn’t even been processed. The moment I contacted them to cancel the entire order, they decided to ship ONE item out, just to say they got something out. There’s no chance I’m keeping anything. Their customer service is honestly terrible and they really shouldn’t even be in business

DO NOT BUY! Delivery takes forever and returns you need to pay for after lots of emails back and forth and they basically said you may aswell keep the order and we will give you a discount… nothing fits so how is this helpful?!

I wish I had look at this review before I’ve made my purchase it’s go into be a month and order still no show I wanted it for my birthday I guess no luck , I’m praying I at least get the order at this point. I know I will not get a refund.horrible horrible 😤

Ordered online, adter 2 weeks the item till wasn't shipped and no updates provided. I emailed them, no response, emailed again and requested the order to be cancelled. They didnt even acknowledge my request to cancel the order, kept using stalling tactics. Then I recieved and email from them saying they can't cancel as my order had just been shipped. Magically they can acknowledge my cancellation request when it's too late.

The dress arrive and it's NOT AT ALL like the photos on the site. Requested a refund, they reply with more stalling tactics.

Reported them to my bank as fraudulent because the are completely fraudulent! Fake photos, fake reviews and dishonest.

Do not buy from them.

If I could give this company a negative score I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order 1/10/2024 and STILL have not received even a tracking number. They are a fraud and have been giving me the run around saying it needs more time to be made. You have got to be kidding me. This company is a rip off and I will do all I can to get them wiped off of this earth for doing this to innocent people.

I have sent 17 emails and they still haven’t resolved my issue. There were 4 items out of my 6 that are out of stock and they want me to pick something else. I told them that they wouldn’t make it in time for my vacation and since it hasn't shipped that I want to be refunded! They keep on insisting on picking other items! Never order from them !!!! The worst

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased a bikini to wear during my destination wedding, and there was a horrible sewing mistake on the bikini top where the stitching tangled into a giant knot. When I reached out to their customer service to ask for an exchange, they refused and told me they’d offer me 10% off my next order. That would have been $2.50 off a purchase for a defective item that they sent me. Asking me to pay for their mistake!! Absolutely horrible do not buy from this company

I've give this zero stars if it allowed it. Do NOT buy from this company - it's a total scam. The clothes don't match the pictures and even though I thoroughly read their return policy - they won't actually let you return something if it doesn't fit. They kept trying to give me $5 to just keep it but the suit I bought was $60. When they did provide a return address, it cost $44 to ship back and I never saw another thing about it. So I essentially paid $104 for a swimsuit that is "held up at customs", didn't match the photo, and no one will help in the customer "service". Awful. Total scam.

Order arrived, but product is not at all how depicted online. The quality is extremely poor, what should have been a beach kimono looks like a rain coat for kids. Terrible, do not recommend.

All of the photos on this site have been copied from Alexandra Miro site where all of the clothes are worth upwards of £300 pounds each - luckily I buy from Alexandra Miro so I knew this was a scan before I got tempted by the very high end clothes for very cheap prices.

It took around 3 week for my order but was supposed to be 7 to 10 days. On emailing asking where is was coming from i was told asia but it was actually china.
When arrived some items were to big or not satisfactory. On the site it says to contact them if you want a returns address. So far ive waited over a week for this and still nothing, to get a reply email your lucky if its one every 2 days.
When i did get a reply they offered me 20% off my next order because the return shipping is going to cost me to much and i should consider keeping them. Surely that is up to me if i want to pay it or not! I asked how much and still no reply. I wont be ordering from this company again.

I was honestly worried after placing my order on this site and then reading the many negative reviews. So, to say my expectations were low is an understatement. However, my order arrived today, exactly a week after it was placed and I have to say overall I am delighted with my purchase. All items came as described, and all good quality. My mark down to four stars is purely because on one swimsuit the sizing seemed a little off (but it does still fit - just a bit tighter then I would usually purchase) and the belt on another swimsuit was too short. Other than that, I am extremely happy. I guess these things can be hit and miss, but I think given the prices, it is worth the punt.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Coveshe Swimwear, a Chinese company that claims to offer high-quality swimwear. I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to the same scam. I initially spent a significant amount, $166.84, on purchasing swimwear from Coveshe. However, upon receiving the products, I was shocked to find that they were not only cheaply made but also completely unsuitable for their intended purpose. The materials used were of poor quality, and the craftsmanship was subpar. It was evident that no attention to detail had been given during the manufacturing process. Realizing that I had made a mistake in trusting this company, I decided to return the products for a refund. Unfortunately, Coveshe customer service proved to be just as terrible as their products. They demanded that I cover the return shipping costs, which amounted to over $70, despite the fact that the poor quality of their swimwear was the reason for the return. To add insult to injury, Cove offered me a mere 10% refund as compensation for the inconvenience caused. This offer was insulting and completely unacceptable given the amount I had spent and the poor quality of their products. I promptly declined their offer and sent back the items at my own expense. However, the ordeal did not end there. Coveshe claimed that I would be responsible for paying the import tax on the returned items once they received them. Despite my post office tracking indicating that the items had been delivered to Coveshe over a month ago, they conveniently denied ever receiving them. This blatant disregard for the truth and their customers' rights is truly appalling. My experience with Coveshe Swimwear has been nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of their terrible products, unhelpful customer service, and dishonest practices has left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I have learned an expensive lesson and hope that my review will serve as a warning to others. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Coveshe Swimwear. There are many reputable companies out there that offer high-quality swimwear and provide excellent customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Excellent. An easy site to navigate with a wide range of choices which can be a bit overwhelming but the tabs are really helpful. Ordering process was easy and the delivery very prompt. For the price the swimsuits are of excellent quality and the styles and fabric patterns are true to the images. On the whole worth the money and will definitely order again.

Do not buy from here! They stall on returns in the hope you’ll give up. They are t will to take responsibility or accountability for errors on their part.

Do not buy from here if you are actually looking for clothing that fits properly and looks like the photo. I had no idea it was coming straight from China so in order to return it it cost me $130 so far. They said I might have to pay import taxes too which I shouldn’t have to because it’s a return and not comercial use… fingers crossed.

Their clothing has the strangest fit, cheap material, and bad photo printing. Do not waste your time or money buying from this company!

Scam. I have waited for more than a month and I just receive my order with 1 item out of seven shipped. Bag appeared opened and resealed. I love the item that I receive but the other ones seems missing and no costumers service to make a claim.

My outfit took weeks to be delivered, didn’t look like the picture much, not good material, I was advised I couldn’t return by coveshe and it would cost me more then it’s worth! My response was only answered after complaining to Klarna, if I didn’t buy through them I would have had no idea of how to return or connect with their customer service,
It cost me £18 to send back to china, I was told just keep and they would give me 10% off my next purchase! Like I’d buy again lol
I still haven’t received my refund! Terrible
