Recovery of savings invested with Astute Capital

Exceptionally pleased with the outcome.
I was very dubious at first, but trusted them after several conversations, my case handler worked well for me, I have just recently received my payout, and very pleased with the outcome, my wife is also waiting for her claim to be processed, and we are very confident of a positive outcome.

Amazing claims manager
We have been trying for a long time to reclaim compensation from the fscs due to a pension going into liquidation- with not of a clue about how to go about it - Steve our claims manager has been so patient with us - explaining each step of the process - giving us weekly updates and even making suggestions on how to speed up the claim - without his help we would still be trying to get compensation from the fscs so our great full thanks goes out to him thank you Steve Reeves you deserve a pay rise!!!

After initial formalities i.e. proof of identy & debt etc.

Great Experience
I made a poor investment of £25000 through an intermediary into a company which ultimately went into administration after 3 years. I had written off this money as an unfortunate life lesson when CP Claims contacted me and advised that I could make a FCA compensation claim. They helped and guided me through the process which resulted in a substantial payout within only a few months. Very happy with the service provided.

Very good, but could be smoother
They have been very helpful, but things caul have run smoother. When they asked for copies of statements, I sent the statements with transactions on only. It was ages after I was asked for complete sets of statements within a given time period. Things could have been settled a lot quicker if this was organised up front.
