Burglaru of heat pumps
We had burglary and the outcome for the thieves was heat pumps to a value of about NKR 200000. They had moved the cameras on the building, so they were pointing in the sky. No other traces except some footprints. It would have been impossible to find all the heat pumps. Thanks to the tracker that was placed inside the cardboard box together with the heat pump, did we find the address where the thieves had placed the car. The police caught three thieves. Thanks to Copenhagen trackers did we stop the thieves and got all the stolen goods back. If trackers become usual, will it be bad for thieves knowing they maybe pick a tracker with them.

We are experiencing a surge in demand, so we are out of stock not because we haven’t planned for production, but because the pull from the market is faster and greater than we can produce the products.

If you want, you can purchase a battery exchange and upgrade - it’s cheaper than a new product and we can always do this.
If you are able to wait a few months, then we have brand new generation of trackers coming up with even better battery life and new features.

My tracker was repaired for free.
My tracker stopped working. I was able to send it back to Copenhagen Trackers in Denmark for free. There they repaired it for free and sent it back to me in the Netherlands for free! A big thank you to Kristian and his colleagues and respect for this company! I can recommend them to everyone! Ferdy from the Netherlands.

Changing the battery was quick
Changing the battery was quick, even if extreme costs were charged for shipping. But what is absolutely unacceptable is that the battery is already half empty after a month, although it was tracked daily in the beginning and weekly for the last 3 weeks. Absolute rip off.

Of course the battery isn’t half full after a month worth og usage, don’r worry.
The batteries that we use for battery exchange are brand new and identical to the ones we use for production.
The most likely scenario is simply that one of our employees forgot to reset a counter of sorts or that you are using an old app version.
I guarantee you, what you are describing is not reality and we will of course fix this, it’s no issue at all.
Please contact support@cphtrackers.com and we will sort this out, and you will see that the battery is quite full.
