The Tracker is okay so far
The Tracker is okay so far. But travelling with a camper car there are many trackings a day if you use the option PARKING. Not only when you drive there is a infrmation but also when you enter the car. The System is very nervous. You can change this only with the expensive Premium App.
The Service was not able to help me and even the COO was not interested in my problem.
I cannot recommend the Tracker

Hello, I don't understand why you accuse me of being too critical of your service.
In your product description, you assure us that the tracker has different modes and that no additional costs are to be expected.
In PARKING mode, the tracker constantly sends messages even when my motorhome is parked, which I consider to be a defect. You do not recognise the defect for no reason. That is our problem.
To rectify the fault, I would like to reduce the sensitivity of the tracker. You are not helping me with this.
I recognise that they have offered me a return, but this does not help me as I am on the road. I want the tracker to work as described. Nothing more.

We have offered you several solutions to your problem and instructed you on how to avoid the extra tracks. You have declined these solutions. We have also offered you a full refund of the product.
At the end of the day, what you want for free is an option that we sell to our users at a very reasonable €1,9/month - this is not expensive.
You don’t have to use this solution, we have offered free alternatives to work around the issue you have had, we don’t want to push any users to upgrade to our premium if they don’t need it or even want it.
However: the solution that you do want comes at this price, but you demand that we give it to you for free.
When you weren’t met in your demand, you were very rude to our employee and even threatned him with “I will contact your CEO on LinkedIn and tell him about your poor service”.
You have then been writing with me, Christian O - who is in fact the CEO - and I have offered you a full refund and to take back the product to solve the matter.

Gemstone does work in Switzerland, but we have had an unsolved experience with the LTE network which means that we have postponed sales of Gemstone in Switzerland until it is fully diagnosed and resolved.

Pathetic
Bought for trip into Europe in campervan. Worked as we travelled to the port from Northern Ireland to Southern Ireland. Boarded the boat and when we arrived in Spain unit wouldn't work. Tried all of the suggestions and still no connection. Sent it back through a distributor in the UK to be looked at. Was returned about 6 weeks later which was a waste of time as it's still not working. Pathetic product will be sending back for a refund.
Update. Below is the reply from Copenhagen Trackers which is even more pathetic than the product. No resolution not even we will send a replacement just sorry we couldn't help fix your unit have a good weekend 😂😂 unreal.

Your order from December 17th was shipped on the 18th of December and was out for delivery by the 21st December.
Please contact GLS directly with the shipment information which was send to you by text and e-mail to inquire about your package.
GLS is liable for the shipment, so either they’ve tried to deliver it to you unsuccesfully or they have in some way lost it, in which case they will reimburse you the purchase.

My Cobblestone tracker suddenly and temporarily stopped transmitting a signal. I sent it back to CPH Trackers and the service I received from the manufacturer was magnificent. I purchased the CHP tracker 29/9. I needed a tracker to track an expensive item in Europe. Already on the 8/10 it stopped tracking and working. So I had no tracker in the rest of the tour. The tracker is not very precise, compared to other trackers. I very poor experience for such an expensive item. I am not satisfied with the product. Rgds Palle

Good accuracy. Not happy with extra cost.
Easy install and good accuracy. But not happy at all about the extra cost for a Premium. @ €100 it could be included at least for the first two years. Probably the battery life time.

We are a Danish company working out of Denmark - we are using Danish suppliers and Danish software and although we have setup our systems to respond in our customers language and English as a default in that, sometimes the systems make mistakes and I apologize for this.
However, I do want to highlight here in the open forum that is Trustpilot, that we have had all our support conversations with you in English and that upon your request, we have also send you an invoice in English.
We can not "force" our automatic 3rd party systems to be flawless, I hope you understand that this is outside of our control, and that despite this we are doing our best effort to supply you with the information you require in a language that you too understand.
