The delivery company went under
The delivery company went under the day my parcel was due to be delivered and although I understand this is not crafteliers fault. The company has not handled this well at all. I discovered my self that this had occurred a day before I had any contact, once I had contact I was told it would be sent back out using a different courier as soon as they received my parcel back. They received my parcel back according to the original tracking last Thursday I then heard nothing so I emailed them requesting a link to the new tracking which I received once it was booked on Tuesday. The new tracking is for a 48h courier so I thought right ok I'll get this in a couple of days but it's been almost 2 working days since the parcel was booked and the new courier still hasn't received my goods from the supplier. It is at this point 2 weeks since the original delivery date.

In June we carried out some marketing actions that might have made you think we had disappeared, but a few hours later we reappeared explaining what we had done and why.
As we don't know who you are nor your order number, we can't see more about your case, since it depends on the country you are based.

Better prices for the stuff I want
Better prices for the stuff I want, only issue I had was the tracking of my order as it didn't update even when it arrived in the UK so I had no idea when I was getting my order and had to email but craftelier emailed back quite quickly with an update for me and I recieved it 2 days later

Great service
Did order before and all went well. Even it arrived quicker than last time! Tailwind..... In France there is not so many shops so this is perfect. Good wrapped en paper flat in a box. Compliments for all the hard working people in craftelier (and the delivery people)
