I agree with the reviews of this company and wish I'd read them before placing an order. A lesson learned! The boots I ordered are cheap replicas of the ones I saw in a video on Facebook. I'm unable to find that post now otherwise I would leave a message! They refuse to accept a return as they claim they have not mislead me but will pass on my compalint to the manufacturer..yeah right! Do not use Cream Unicorn!!!

Ordered my partner boots at start of December, they eventually arrived today. Nothing like the dark blue leather boots advertised. I got md blue plastic boots which are a disgrace and will be going straight to a charity shop. Avoid this company at all costs, cheap rubbish and so angry. 🤬🤬🤬

My experience was somewhat a very pleasant one to those reviews previously described for this website as owners were always polite & very helpful regards to my boots... I ordered the wrong size at first so got in touch with them & the Item was corrected with my instructions on receiving my boots which was kept to their word... Yes the boots were delayed due to delivery & customs not The company which is why I think we all need to be a bit more patient under the current circumstances such as the virus which i too was sorta thinking it's taking a bit of time with the delivery but I do not at all hold this company responsible for the harsh rules... My boots arrived 2 months later & for an unbranded boot they are very nice quality, they are light for yard or walking not heavy which is better anyway if your wearing them for long periods, made quite well & had I of seen them In a shop I wouldn't of turned these down so I'm going to add some warm insoles ... job done.

Thank You to Creamunicorn for providing me with these gorgeous workable boots but I would advice people to may be a little more patient as the boots can only get there as fast as the customs & delivery will let them & they are coming from China under the current harsh situation :) If your planning a birthday or Christmas present just plan a couple of months ahead but other than that these boots are good value for money & I wasn't charged any extra for these boots, now i can only speak for myself & give my honest opinion... not sure if others were charged at customs but i personally wasn't I would recommend these boots but it's early days yet but looking at them I can't see a problem :) hope this offers some reassurances... Month later they have not fell apart yet & do not let the wet in so far so good...

I don't think the delays are down to this Company, I think the delays were a result of customs, deliveries & you can always give the courier a ring or leave a message, like i did to speed the process up a little :)the virus hasn't helped either so gave these the benefit of the doubt...

Still waiting for an order placed and paid for in November, it's January 2022 now. DO NOT use this company. I have requested a refund. Let's see what happens with that!!

Do not order with this company!!!
Having ordered some boots at the start of November I've only just received them. Having sent a numerous amount of emails and never getting a proper response just the same rubbish due to covid 19 it is inevitable there will be a delay which is rubbish dont make the same mistake I did. If it wasnt for the fact I got trading standards involved I probably still wouldn't have them now.

Ordered some boots from here. They came in plenty of time but when thay arrived they didn't fit. I contacted them and they said they would not accept return in exchange for refund. Don't bothering ordering not worth the hassle!

Ordered red snow boots 6 weeks ago. Arrived today! Wrong size! So disappointed. So glad I didn’t take the offer of buy 2 and get a discount! Looks cheap and plastic! Not worth £25! More like a fiver! Disgusting 🤢 do not buy from this website !!

The boots I ordered on their website were beautiful, but what I received after
1 - waiting for a month
2 - paying over £60
Was a cheap imitation of the item they advertised.

Absolute garbage. Boots were wrong size and plastic rubbish.Couldnt even get my foot in them they are so badly made. £30 for something that is not even worth a fiver. Now in the bin which is the only fit place for this utter crap

I ordered a pair of boots from this company early november . I still havent received them and get no satisfying response when i email them . Do not buy from them

Firstly the price you agree isn't the price you pay, they add 'insurance'? and import tax AFTER you've bought. They then sent me the wrong size. The quality is appalling and nothing like the advertised product. Don't do it, total waste of money, bordering on breaking the law. I will now inform UK Trading Standards.

Not deserve even half a star. Boots are poor quality, lightweight not a leather boots. Doesn't look as on a advert pictures Customer service convinces that is correct item what I ordered. I'd send a pistures to compare what is on a advert and what I received. Totally disappointed. Why this company gets permission to trade!? Wish I reed the review before I ordered. I will continue to fight for my money back.

Ordered navy leather boots and received turquoise plastic ones. Customer service said that according to the qr code on the bag the correct ones were sent. I sent several photos of the ones I ordered and ones I received in emails and that was their reply. Shall be putting in the bin.

GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BERTH
These boots are not the boots in the picture. They are of poor quality and are definitely not leather as stated. They are lightweight and NOT waterproof. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Needless to say their customer service sucks, only to be expected really!

The boots I ordered were of poor quality. They are flimsy & lightweight. I am short, but even they were short on my legs. Waterproof they definitely are NOT. I would not buy anything else from this company.

Boots I ordered were not what was advertised. Both the colour and quality! Took nearly 2 months to arrive, in a squashed and damaged plastic bag. Advertised at £26.99 + .80p postage. Wasnt until after checkout and on invoice an extra £3 added on for 'shipping'! Refused a refund on grounds there was no quality issue. Well. That is debatable. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMMERS
