I cannot believe I was foolish enough to buy from this company. All looks professional and UK based but it is anything but. The boots I ordered had a sharp nail sticking up inside the sole so cut my foot and couldn’t be worn. They refuse to provide return details or refund, they asked for photos and a video - try taking a photo with a phone inside a boot. Almost impossible and they won’t accept the photo. Can’t take a video as it’s dark in the boot. Utterly ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I saw these boots and really wanted them as they looked so nice. Thank god I checked on here. I used my Google lens and zoomed in on the little flag. These are Duckfeet boots and should cost in the region of £205 GBP. Thanks to trust pilot for saving me from a scam.

I got good tracking all the way on my country boots but they are nothing like the ones advertised - cheap, flimsy, wrong size, they don’t even look like the ones advertised. When I’ve complained they say these are “creative design differences”. They are refusing to refund me. I’ve raised a dispute with PayPal & also reported them to Facebook.
Their website looks very legit which is even more annoying!!

I have not ordered from them TG and l am so glad that l didn't. I became suspicious when I saw more than one company advertising.

I placed two orders for same books by mistake & contacted them next day & received refund 3 days later. Was worried about reviews but got my boots a month after ordering & am very happy, look exactly like the pics & fit great. Can't wait to walk dogs in park tomorrow & try out. Even if they only last this winter, a bargain.

Ordered "waterproof" boots but noticed afterwards that they are only waterproof to the ankle. I tried to cancel my order but the email address doesn't work and they didn't respond on Facebook. My bank account shows a payment to AIYTECH which is a confirmed dodgy site. No sign of the boots and another two non GB fees taken from my account. I had to contact the bank and cancel my debit card. They deal under lots of other names too, WATCH OUT.

I order a pair of waterproof boots £37.99 + tax, they did arrive however, they are the poorest quality I have ever seen and you can't get your foot past the ankle. So I followed the returns instructions sending proof of purchase and photos of the boots.
This is the response I got back.

Very poor quality jumper. Shedding pile everywhere, lace neck very rough. Sizing very small - I ordered a 2xl (size 16) which is more like a 10/12. Complete waste of money. Company not responding to requests for a refund.

-10 for these scammers! Order £38 but they took £48. Email doesn’t exist, messages on FB gets deleted. Tracking doesn’t exist. Boots haven’t arrived, least PayPal should refund? 🤞🏻
Avoid this company!

Wish I'd looked on Trustpilot before ordering boots at beginning of November. Now at the end of November and still no boots even though they say they are in transit from USA! Obviously I've been scammed - more fool me. The only form of contact is by email and it is just a standard computer generated reply that you receive. The price of £38.11 was obviously too good to be true. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Creamunicorn at all.

I ordered some Boots about 40GBP, for somebody else, who had seen them on the Creamunicorn Website ?
First indication that something may be wrong - A Tracking Update, that the Parcel, dispatched from Mid USA, to arrive in the UK ?
Was then in Alaska !
So, I sent a Query to the Support email, and was told they would forward it to a Colleague ?
A Day Later, Tracking showed "Arrived at US Customs"
Today ? Tracking shows as 'No Parcel Found' !
Any emails I send to "support@creamunicorn. (UK 'co.uk ' address") As Rules do not allow me to include email address
Now show as Unsendable !

Yes ? I know ? I wish I had checked your Site BEFORE ordering ?

Just.....Maybe.....
The Boots will Arrive ?
But I fear I have paid £40 for yet another Needed Lesson :-(

Total scam from China...another Facebook special! I ordered a Tan Beige colour and received Yellow, yes Yellow with and orange heel. Shame I can't put pictures on here to show just how awful they really are. Please don't order from here.

Do not order from this company. They are a scammer. Will not take back refund items or issue refunds.

Only gave one star because I couldn't give a minus star Ordered some boots & realising my mistake cancelled 4 hours later & this was acknowledged. Sent 2 further cancellation emails the next day cancelling. Low & behold got a response 24 hours later saying the goods had been despatched & no refund. What a scam! There is no way my order had been processed before I cancelled.
My order was for £39.15 however I was charged over £46 supposed a tax charge which wasn't mentioned previously.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE A completely fraudulent company. I feel so stupid falling for all their false information. A hard lesson learned

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering . Invoice £33.09 they took over £40 !!! No shipping reference no response when I tried to cancel the order . Avoid this company

Do not buy anything from this company , ordered boots 5th September, should of cost 26.99 . They took 32.39 . Still haven't received boots after trying numerous attempts to get an answer . Apparently they go under another name . NASEKAK . Terrible

Disgusting company - based in China - sent faulty goods (shoes with zip completely broken) and refused to refund unless I paid the return postage to China (which would cost more than the product). Also charged in a foreign currency resulting in a transaction fee despite advertising the price in GBP. Even if the zip hadn't been broken the quality of these shoes is dreadful. Avoid.

0 stars is true rating. They are con artists. I ordered from them in the summer and didn't receive it. I emailed several times and got BS excuses... Even said they were delivered!! They are a fraudulent company, pretending to be located in UK... They are based in China.
