Just avoid this company! Very poor quality boots which took 4 weeks to arrive. Non existent memory foam soles and fluffy fur the thinnest I have ever seen

Ordered in November still not received apparently my boots are in transit in Cambridge after arriving from the USA this company should be avoided like the plague!!

Ordered leather boots from here. Definitly not leather and not even a good copy. They were not leather and the legs way too narrow so that ankle wouldnt go round the turn. I asked for a refund and they told me it would take so long to arrange that I might as well keep them....flabbergasted....wonder now what they think I should do with them. Very expensive mistake. This company is selling misrepresented goods and should be stopped.

Do not use this company. The boots I received are not as advertised and the sizes they state are not accurate. They have so far not provided a return address for refund but offered £3 then £4 compensation. There is no company information on the website and they are NOT registered with Companies House. I have reported them to trading standards.

I don't even want to give the company 1 star!!
Excellent communication but completely worthless as after two months I still didn't receive my order. Apparently it was sat waiting in transit from wherever. Then held up for 3 weeks at a postcode in Birmingham. Google maps shows to be a block of flats. Avoid this company.

These boots are terrible and now I am having difficulty returning them as they are saying they are correct. Can anyone tell me how they managed to get a refund. As previous comments, these sites should not be allowed as they are totally misrepresented. A complete waste of money. As advertised I wanted to wear them to walk my dog and ride horses and there is no way they are fit for purpose and stink of glue !

Hi after fighting cat x dog with them, finally got a full refund after speaking to Citezns Advice x threatening to go to Trading Standards. Just goes to show if you keep fighting.

These boots were advertised on Facebook as LEATHER and the photograph detailed leather and suede and they looked terrific almost half price they said- there is no leather on them anywhere and at £38 I have been robbed they smell of plastic and glue solvents they are horrible to wear and ugly and cheap looking. The one star is for the good advertising photo. Outfits like this should be stopped as blatent misrepresentation is illegal and they have clearly come from China

Scam business. I saw boots on facebook and bought them. Apart from being charged more than the price advertised, 45 pounds, (no vat was included) the boots themselves were poor quality. Made well but with poor materials. They also sent me wrong size and claimed the size was right. Their size chart is actualky wrong, don't know where they found it but they refused to exchange then refused to refund. Honestly do not waste your money, they are a scam sending out shoddy materials and take your money.

Didn’t want to give any stars!! Disgusting scam company!! My order was placed 19 November still not here. Item was coming from USA it said on tracking info and was in uk customs last week and now that tracking link doesn’t work! I looked up reviews for the company and have seen it’s a scam company!! Emailed last night to say I want my money back and cancel order as I clearly won’t receive. They send me a email saying “ However, as a saying goes,
different strokes for different folks. They may not like this product.
But please trust your choice. We can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard.“. HOW RUDE!!!! how can you try make excuses for being a scam company! They gave me a new tracking number for a completely different tracking company and the item is now coming from China!???

I want my money back NOW! You should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!

I admit I have not bought from this company, but thought I'd check them out on Trust Pilot after seeing an ad on Facebook for boots that looked good. After reading all the negative reviews, I went back to the ad and commented, advising people to refer to Trustpilot. I also replied to people who said they were thinking of purchasing from Creamunicorn to go to Trustpilot first.
Within minutes my main comment had been deleted and I was barred from commenting further. There was nothing rude or disrespectful in my comment to merit this.
Tells you all you need to know about the company, I reckon!

Refusing to refund on damaged, incorrect sizing, and bad quality shoes. Reporting to trading standards. DO NOT BUY!!!

Poor quality, small sizes. Shocking unhelpful customer service 🤬

I recently ordered a pair of waterproof boots. They were the most dreadful quality, the stitching was loose and the material was cheap. The support and aftercare service was appalling and refused my request to return and refund. DO NOT ORDER GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Not received so can't comment on quality but the website is totally misleading and judging by the other comments a complete waste of time. I thought I was pretty astute but will have to put this one down to experience.

Terrible quality, doubt for and they refuse returns. Liars and thieves. Do not buy from these people!
