Tried tracking a pair of slippers that I ordered. It appears that they eventually arrived at US customs. Later on they arrived in UK and are now stuck in UK customs. This is ridiculous. Now been waiting a month. Hope they fit if they ever arrive.

One star as I couldn't do none. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. I consider myself intelligent ,but will have to reconsider after falling for this. I ordered Orthopaedic boots which I thought would be brilliant as I have dreadful Arthritis. They are rubbish. Paypal will only do something if I send them back and show receipt. Cannot be arsed. Note to self.....Review first . Currently the most expensive dog chew toy I have ever bought as the boots are only good for that. £30 quid up the swanny.

Please DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Ordered a pair of shoes on 4th Sept 2021. We are now 4th October 2021 and shoes still not arrived. The price was 26.99 but on my card been taken 27.01 ( with a transaction from 31 euro to 27.01£) which I didn't t understand...
Also, the name on the card was a totally different one than the website or their business name. Be careful! I even canceled my card due to all these situation occurred with this fake business. They are chinese using an uk email, and uk website..
I am into dispute with my bank, one dispute that i was over charged and another one that i didn't t receive the shoes.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for a frien which were the wrong size and they refused to refund or exchange. After many complaints to the company I made a complaint through PayPal before they eventually agreed to refund under 2 conditions one of them that the parcel had a tracking number. It cost £20 to send them back disgraceful.Im still in dispute with them 're compensation for at least some of the P&P. Just getting ignored Be warned do not use this company my friend is still £20 out of pocket

Only giving 1 star as it won't let me give none....ordered sandals on 14th July and still not arrived almost 3 months on...and surprise surprise the tracking number does not work....just a big scam...AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Do not buy from this company. Shoes are nothing like they are advertised and their customer services is appalling. Website set up to suggest they are a UK company but they are based in china.

My mum ordered shoes from here after viewing their website from Facebook. I am dubious to buying anything from Facebook as a lot of websites are scam and false and I was correct. Asked to return the shoes and was told I can't as nothing is wrong with them. The problem is the shoes are too big, you're allowed by law to return products. I asked to speak to a senior member of staff and have been ignored. My mum is now out of pocket of almost £50. Please please please do not ever order anything from this website. I will be taking it further and will not stop till I get an outcome. Their clothes and shoes are for the older generation and my mum is in that age bracket and has been ripped off. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FACEBOOK IF IT LOOKS SUSPICIOUS!!!!!!

Ordered shoes on 21st July 2021, money has been lifted out account but still nothing has arrived. AVOID at all costs. Would give zero stars if allowed.

After 4 weeks shoes arrived via usa!!! they are absolutely awful do not buy from this site shoes made of cheap materials ugly and stitching is a disgrace

I ordered AND PAID for sandals from colourunicorn (which I am sure is the same company) on the 22nd July. Have tried emailing them with no luck.
Cannot get a phone number. Definitely must be a scam. But how is this not stopped as the reviews go back a few months. Surely someone must be able to stop this happening

I eventually did receive the shoes I had ordered in August 2021, on 10 September! Long delay with delivery and then the quality of product was very poor indeed. Cheap feel and look to them. Still would recommend not buying from this company.

Total scam. Same story as everyone else. Have never received my sandals in New Zealand, apparently sent from USA and different company took funds from my credit card even though I placed order directly with Cream Unicorn. Have blocked my credit card and emails

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I saw an ad on Instagram for Merrill sandals, a brand that I know and wear. The price seemed very reasonable, which I put down to a sale. I ordered a pair believing they were in the UK until I stated receiving tracking emails suggesting they were coming from the USA. Anyway, they arrived three weeks later and I laughed. The sandals I received are a really poor attempt at a copy of the advertised pair. When I contacted the seller for a refund so began a dialogue of silly emails and the seller obviously doesn’t understand English. I quite clearly stated that the sandals received were not those advertised, but I was asked to send a photo of the sandals then a photo of the packaging, I also sent a photo of the sandals in their Ad! I was then told that I would hear from them if they discovers that I had been sent the wrong product! I then received a couple of tracking emails, that was three weeks ago and nothing since. Scam artists selling cheap Chinese rubbish. I’m not holding my breath to receive a refund or replacement. Be warned, be very wary of ordering from dodgy ads on Instagram.

Please DO NOT BUY from this company. It is not a UK company. I was initially alerted to the scam, when I placed an order for sandals which should have cost £40 but the payment taken was £48. It is not possible to cancel orders, send returns or get a refund. I was fortunate that my order never arrived and, after 4 weeks, I was able to get a refund from my card company. This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK.

I ordered a pair of sandals from an ad on Instagram. This company are using images of more expensive, branded items, what turned up were cheap copies. They also charged me more than the advertised amount. On contacting the company I was told, no refund or exchange because I received what I ordered. Fortunately I paid with PayPal who have since refunded the full amount. Please don’t waste your time-or money!

6 weeks to arrive and when they did they were the quality was appalling.
Contacted for a refund and they just say" we checked but that is what you ordered!

They should have 0 stars but you can write a review unless you give them at least one star.

Don't get caught out.

Just received my shoes wrong colour, ordered half size to big ( just in case ) and guess what I can't even get my feet in them.
Having listened to other reviews I can't be bothered to try and get my money back. Be warned people out there do buy from them, and by the way the quality of the shoes are crap !!

I ordered size 7 shoes, which in European size is 40. They sent me a 42 which is equivalent to size 8. I contacted them and sent a photo of the shoes with the size label. Their response was:
" But according to our return policy,if there is no quality problems with the products,it won't be supported to returned or exchanged."

Bizarre that they think it's OK to send the wrong size and not expect to rectify the error.

Definitely recommend steering clear of this company

I ordered what they advertised as Merrell sandals on the 7 August. I still haven’t received them.
I have emailed them at least 20 times, only to be brushed off every time. I have now asked for a refund and guess what…. They’re ignoring my emails.
Fortunately they didn’t cost loads, but even so , I feel like I’ve throw 25 quid away.

Unfortunately like others here seen an ad on Facebook and didn’t think to check reviews! Ordered “orthopaedic sandal” got cheap plastic ones which the. Company refuse to see anything wrong with! Only offered a £5 refund as compensation - even though I was charged £26.18!! Thankfully I bought via PayPal- escalated my case and surprise surprise the company have still to respond to them with only a couple of days remaining- so I’m confident I’ll get my money back. However this has given me stress that was not needed!!! All I can say if if you have bought by credit card or PayPal you will most likely get your money back - please get in touch to request a refund due to sending Incorrect item to what you have paid for.
