Ordered 19th July. Still waiting for shoes to turn up. Cream unicorn are useless. Trying to claim money back from credit card. AVOID AVOID

I saw an advert on my phone for these Orthopedic sandals, and thought they looked so good. I suffer from swollen feet and so does my mum. So I though why not get 2 pairs. They took a long time to arrive both stuffed in plastic wrapping. I ordered a size 7 as that's what I usually take, however they were too big. So I contacted them to return for a smaller size. There return policy says you can return within 45 days..which I tried to do. They just didin't want to know. Kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the sandals (how would they know, unless they were in my house)..All I wanted was a replacement. They shut me down completely. I just don't undertand how you can be so completely stupid and bloody minded

Just read customers' feedback and to quote one of them, "should have read the reviews before I ordered."
Again, to reiterate customers concerns: please, please, please do not buy anything from this site.
I sent pictures of the shoes I received showing the poor quality of the product, and they suggested there was nothing wrong with them. However, they then emailed to say they would improve their product and advertise it to fit more accurately the product (cheap plastic rather than anything that might resemble leather, I suggest).
They have no intention of refunding my money.

Ordered shoes 4weeks ago received them this morning. They came with no box just squashed together in plastic bag. What I ordered was not what I got I ordered leather shoes what I got was cheap plastic that were so squashed together they were out of shape. I’m sorry I didn’t look up reviews before I ordered please please please do not order from this company all u will receive is rubbish.

Never buy shoes from here. Poor quality and no refunds policy or exchanges!! Scam

5 weeks now elapsed since order and still no delivery of shoes bought and paid for. I wish I had read other reviews first. I put a poor review on Facebook which is where they mainly advertise but it was soon deleted!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - total rip off. Shoes arrived in plastic wrapping, no box, all squashed and unuseable.

Company only offered $6 refund - will now be taking this up with my bank.

Facebook, as usual, does not care about its community and allows scam adverts to appear.

Ordered sandals from the company which on the Facebook add showed merrell sandals. Turned out to be cheap Chinese copies which didn't fit. Unable to return for refund. Wish I had read these reviews first. Just annoyed with myself for getting scammed and also with Facebook for allowing such misleading advertising.

Worst ever experience! Took far too long to receive items and then the dress was atrocious. Shiny crappy polyester material, not even suitable for bed, let alone wear outside. Do not use this company!

Place 2 orders 3 July 21 (different delivery addresses). One order arrived within 2 weeks but there is no sign of the other. Emailed Creamunicorn 3 Sept to be told it’s in transit, track it here. It cleared UK customs 22 July & has been out for delivery since the . Interestingly when I email the shipping company I get exactly the same automated out of hours response as Creamunicorn!
So another month goes by & still no shoes so told them I want a refund. Advised it would be credited in a couple of days, now 8 day later being told refund system broken.
I am going to claim back from my card supplier.

I agree with all who have made comments about Creamunicorn.

I purchased 2 pair of sandals but ordered the wrong size. They would not even consider exchanging them even when I said I would pay for return postage.

I have dealt with such an uncooperative company and I urge anybody to to deal with them.

I have 2 pair of sandals size 43 if anybody wants them

I bought a pair of these sandals what I have received are different - both fabric colour and the sole is nothing like the picture - there is no flexibility. They took nearly 3 weeks to get to me because they do come from America . luckily I didn't pay a lot. Cream unicorn send one email about they've received your order and then the rest come from a shipping company it's very hard to track it back to them. I wanted to show comparative photos but have been unable to upload which is a shame doesn't seem to be an option to do that All I would say is STEER CLEAR!

My sandals took 2 months to arrive and then they were too big. I asked if I could return to swap for the right size and they said 'no - they had sent the size I had requested'. Essentially no care for customer satisfaction.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I’m so sorry I didn’t read the reviews. I ordered a cotton dress and received the cheapest polyester rubbish I have ever ordered. I requested a return and they simply said… sorry, just cut the loose strings off. I’m so shocked. Please be careful. Worst £20 experience. I’m so upset.

Do not buy, shocking delivery times.
Ordered mid July and still have not received. Keep been told to have patience despite the website saying 2-5 days delivery. Should have known it was too good to be true when I ordered.

Will not recommend or use again.

I got an order finally, but it takes a lot of time. I didn't expect that in not in the UK!
And didn't agree with the price they charge me. The price was shown on UK site is different than I was paid: GBP £21.82
And Paypal charged me GBP £26.18, extra 4£ taxes! I think this is a scam. They should inform customers about import tax charges, otherwise, I never buy from them! I could buy it cheaper in the UK area Amazon. What a scam really!

Very bad service!!!

This company scams people. Do not use. I stupidly ordered from them and only then read the reviews but, as others report, their service is appalling and their product very poor quality. Once I read reviews I contacted them within 30 minutes of placing my order to cancel it and they said it was already in progress. I repeatedly asked them to cancel it but they refused. They advertised Merrell sandals, when they arrived they were not branded and clearly were not Merrells as they are such poor quality. They are fraudulent. Do not buy from these people.

Stupidly purchased from this scam company. No shoes, no refund and they are definitely working from China not UK. Learnt my lesson but will do all I can to stop this with our authorities to shut them down.

Terrible service unbelievable long postage and when the goods eventually arrive they are so badly made nothing like advertised and when you contact them they couldn't care less! I've asked PayPal to step in

Just had a pair of boots brought for me as a present but they are an
Absolute SCAM of a company..
You order something then when you pay,
The name of company changes and they take out more money than supposed...
Filed complaint with PayPal...
