We've been a customer of Creditsafe for many years and have just renewed our contract with Jade. It has been a pleasure dealing with her and we look forward to working with Creditsafe going forward.

Really positive experience

Really positive experience getting an initial review as a SME to using the CreditSafe platform. Sandra Szymanska introduced the opportunity and a tour of the platform Kate Ellis, both very helpful and engaging, made the decision to use platform easy. Thankyou

Excellent Customer Service

I have engaged the services of Creditsafe for a few years now and I have to say they are great to work with. Account Management is absolutely spot on - Dale Rosser is such a nice chap and an attentive Account Manager. No hard sell, but more of how can we help you and your business. I would recommend this company to anyone needing these services.

I was sold something while unwell that…

I was sold something while unwell that was nottfitted for my smal business.
There was a problem as the people did nopt tell me that my clients data was npot ghoing to be transferred direct to Companies House.
This has gone on for months since I contacted Creditsafe in December.
