Best in the business!!!

Amie, Heather, May, and Desiree are the best!! A couple years ago myself and 8 guys were in South Georgia, it was late and a situation arises where we needed to change lodging. I called Crew Logistics and in a matter of a hour we 9 rooms and checked into a new hotel. I’ve used them for years and will continue to use them for many situations such as this. Absolutely 10/10 recommend and love them!

Reliable & easy to work with!

We used to rely on platforms to manage our group travel, and it worked… until it didn’t. There’s only so much you can do without real operational support behind the scenes.
Working with Crew Logistics has been game changing for us!

Having a dedicated experienced team actually handling things has made all the difference & way less reactive. It just feels like someone has our back now!

I would give it NO Star if I could.
Do not do business with them as they have no intention of paying you.
We are a hotel, they rented rooms and would not pay us for 9 months!

Crew Logistics works with lodging providers to support our government and commercial clients, and we enforce strict standards around invoice accuracy, approved rates, and supporting documentation.
When charges cannot be validated against agreed terms or required documentation, they are not approved for payment.
We are currently seeing multiple similar reviews from vendors tied to these types of disputes. While we respect all feedback, these situations do not reflect the experience of our clients or the services we provide to them.

This company defrauded us out of…

This company defrauded us out of $4,016.10. We hosted a crew at our hotel under a direct bill with Crew Facilities. They were very responsive on the initial set up and online portal set up, etc. The online portal even worked and reflected stays, etc. But I never reached another human being via phone or email again. If you're a company renting rooms, dont use them. If you're a hotel don't do business with them.

Crew Facilities does not pay their…

Crew Facilities does not pay their bills. We have almost $2500 in unpaid stays with our hotel from 2024 that, despite numerous calls, emails, re-uploading folios (per their request), they have refused to even acknoledge that we're trying to reach them let alone give us a timeline for payment.

Crew Facilities Still Hasn't Paid Our Hotel 4 Months after Stay

Crew Facilities was very communicative and responsive when setting up a direct bill stay at our hotel in Dayton, OH, for October 2024. However, four months after the stay, our hotel still has not been paid the $2,761.20 we are owed, and no one with accounting or billing will return our probably 50 email messages and calls. Initially, after not receiving payment in a timely fashion, when I would reach a person at an extension for new business (because no one with accounting or billing will answer or return calls), I was told well into January that the reason for the delay in being paid was due to their end-of-year audit. Later, when I kept asking just how much into 2025 their end of year audit could run, I was asked to resend folios (that I had already confirmed had been received previously) as a zip-file. What?! Finally, no one would answer anything or even bother with a lame excuse; I would simply be sent to voicemail, never to receive a reply. I cannot even tell you how many emails I have sent with no reply. Again, the only people I could actually speak with are those trying to bring in more business – billing and accounting will not answer emails or return messages. The people I have spoken with have honestly been polite, but I would rather them be rude and pay me than polite and not pay me. Normally, Romina's/Billing/Accounting voicemails are full – I am guessing with messages from other people duped like me. It appears we have been defrauded of $2,761.20 from a stay over four months ago. I would like to ensure this does not happen to a single other hotel. If you are a company using Crew Facilities / Crew Logistics to accommodate your crew, please know they are taking your money but not paying hotels for the stays. It would be great if you could book directly with hotels to ensure that those working hard to earn your money are actually paid, and likely more cost-effective for you as well – those middle-men keep a large chunk - or in this case, every single penny. Most hotels will be happy to give you a great special rate if you call and ask. If you own a hotel, please do not make the same mistake we made in trusting this company. They have defrauded us. I hope they prove me wrong and am still hoping against odds to be paid. However, I will absolutely never offer rooms through them again. I have told a few people that I have spoken with who work for Crew Facilities that if they themselves are actually honest people, to please consider if they can continue in good conscience working for a company that does this to other small businesses. Please warn every honest business you know. Thank you and best of luck to the honest little guys just trying to earn a living.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They don’t pay any hotels for their stays. They sound professional and everything but complete scams.

Efficient and Professional Service

Great company to work with. They seem to have extensive experience in what they do, because they had answers to all my concerns about handing our travel arrangements with the facility. I was able to secure affordable lodging without going through the hassles of visiting numerous comparison websites and then negotiating with hotel room direct with the providers, which is what I used to do. I must confess I was swept away by the efficiency of the simplified invoice process. Setting up the service with CrewFacilities eliminated the use of company credit cards and the fluctuating balances which occur when hotels place holds on our cards. This allowed me to plan effectively knowing that what was on my card was available to spend on the crew in materials for the project instead of hotels. I wish I had known CrewFacilities sooner.
