Great company to deal with from start to finish, they turned up bang on time, very tidy installation and the fitters were great, we got 7 Blindscreens installed and we would recommend them 100%.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Lewis in the showroom provided us with all the information we required to book a fitting. Ross came to our house, did the measuring and explained all our options. Today was the fitting and that was carried out very professionally and efficiently by Steven and Lewis. All three were extremely pleasant, friendly and professional.

Steven and Ross arrived at the time arranged. They were polite and courteous and done a quick and efficient job.
The blinds look super thank you very much.
I would recommend you to family and friends. I would certainly use you again !

Great service throughout the process from choosing blinds to fitting. I’m very happy with the quality of my blinds and would highly recommend Cross Blinds.

From start to finish the guys gave great service. Saw Ross in shop then at home to measure and finalise style and product selection and he was friendly and professional. Time to fitting was as advised and then Stephen arrived to fit and was again friendly and professional. Blinds are great, good price and a perfect fit. Will definitely be my goto in future.

The initial appointment went well and we were shown a good range of samples. We decided to go ahead with both perfect fit blinds and shutters for the house. The perfect fit blinds were installed promptly and on time, and we were happy with that part of the service.

Unfortunately, the experience with the shutters has been extremely disappointing. After waiting more than 14 weeks, I had to repeatedly chase for an installation date. When the shutters were finally fitted, one set arrived damaged. I was assured a replacement would be rushed through, but once again I had to constantly follow up for updates.

By mid-February, a replacement fitting was finally arranged, only for the company to discover they had ordered the wrong item. Now, more than three months later, I am still left with a damaged set of shutters and no resolution in sight. Communication throughout has been very poor, with little to no proactive updates provided.

Cross Blinds and Shutters are a very reliable company from measuring to installation, courteous, friendly used used the company twice and would not hesitate to use again

I am new to the area and was looking for a reliable and trustworthy company for my blinds and came across Cross Blinds & Shutters.
I would highly recommend for A Great service from measuring to fitting.
Ross came out to measure with samples of what I was looking for and within a few weeks they were ready for fitting by Steven.

My friend recommended this company and I am so glad he did.
I called Ross came to my home plenty to chose from absolutely no pressure to buy (not like other companies). I paid a small deposit and 2 weeks later Steven called and arranged a time to accommodate my working pattern. He came bang on time sending a text to advise when he would arrive with another lad they were brilliant very professional and polite.
They left me extra slats for both rooms you also get a 1 year guarantee.
The blinds are fantastic brilliant job
and they don't waste anytime they get the job done and cleaned up as they went taking the packaging away with them to save you the hassle of getting rid of it.
They came to my house today and I have already recommended them to 2 other people.
Definitely 10 out 10. Fantastic work and pleasure to deal with from start to finish money well spent.

Recently had blinds fitted by these guys they did a brilliant job we are really pleased with them they cleaned up after themselves can’t speak to highly of this company will use them again a great service
