BUYER BEWARE
Web site very misleading, for all the options you have to make and the way it’s designed, it makes you think your getting one thing and it turns out to be something else. I thought I was getting a printed picture on canvas, turns out it’s just a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD now I have to find somewhere that prints on to canvas. You should definitely go with the other options out there for pet prints and not this place. No where on my order does it say digital download. Now I have a shitty mug for $50

Did not receive order and company will not respond.
Placed an order in October. Received email that order expected to ship around October 31. Never received order. When I check status still says sent to printer with estimated shipping date Oct 31. Unable to find phone number. I have sent at least 3 emails. No response even though it says will respond in 24 hours. Credit card was charged immediately when purchase was made. Very disappointing as these were Christmas gifts and no idea if I am getting them and afraid to order from a different vendor because I have not heard from company to know if I will receive a refund. Had to file a dispute with credit card and may not have an answer in time to actually get item from different vendor in time for Christmas.

Was trying to book some shirts and…
Was trying to book some shirts and socks for Christmas presents and was going to spend enough to get to the "free shipping" status. When it came to checkout they were still charging for the shipping and their excise was that it didn't support in my browser so they said to use another one. Same thing. EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Great gift ideas
I’ve been ordering from crown and paw for many years now. They make great gifts for family and friends! And everyone gets a great laugh out when the product finally arrives. I also like that other animals can be added not just cats and dogs! I just received a portrait of my Beaded Dragon Chief, it turned out soo good! Thank you!!

It's a pretty bad website..
It's a pretty bad website... So, this is a combo review and feedback... that doesn't make sense to me -- i'm sending this as FEEDBACK! 1. I don't even think I've uploaded the photos yet! 2. I couldn't scroll the main screen -- it scrolls the screen behind what i'm looking at... 3. Prices changed as I went through checkout... and 4. You send me a TON of emails when I leave something in the cart... Hopefully this will turnaround and I'll be happy with the final product. Hoping for a good experience overall here.

I recently ordered a shirt for my husband for Christmas. I just received it today and it is amazing!! The pictures look great and not grainy or cheap looking and the shirt quality is fantastic! I also have to give shout out to their amazing customer service! After customizing my shirt I was so excited to order I never selected the size of shirt I needed, as soon as I realized my mistake I emailed them asking if it could be updated. Not only did they respond promptly they kept emailing me every step of the way to make sure everything was correct!! I will definitely order from here again!
