Website was easy to navigate however, if they sent me a 15% off coupon which did not work so I used a 10% off coupon that they had also sent. That's why I gave him four stars.

Utterly disgusted by the lack of…
Utterly disgusted by the lack of response from the company and do not care attitude.
Still waiting for item 15 weeks after order and it’s stated in production which it clearly not.
Order was started 4 month ago on there system
I’ve started that this item is because of pet loss and I got no response
Don’t waste your money, time or effort,
All 1 star reviews are simular so clearly not learning from there mistakes or taking steps to rectify
Update 1 - the reply to contact support is useless. I have connected support and I get the same reply it’s in production.
It’s a month on from my review a nothing.
No further along. Don’t waste your time with the company. They don’t care and don’t offer any thing other than it’s in production. After 5 month they are stealing money.

I have ordered 3 things previously. and from what I remember when uploading a photo, I could see a rough preview right away.
Edit: It seems this feature has been changed, now you must pay an additional $10 to see a preview right away which, for me, made it harder to pick a final design.
What I liked previously was uploading a photo and trying it out on many different canvasses to pick the one I like. This time I kind of just had to pick one and go with it.

Upcharges
Website is fine to navigate, but on two occasions it added upcharges I did not select upon check out and I only saw after submitting payment. Not cool.

It was poor quality and in the past, the “un-framed” portraits came on a canvas. It was simply a photoshopped image on normal paper…
