The website was very easy to use. Placing my order took just a couple of minutes. However, additional offerings (fees) were annoying. I declined two, but somehow they slipped one in: a $1.95 fee to co... See more

Super easy website and Andrea was so gracious and helpful. I’m beyond excited to finally have a portrait of my baby girl.

Absolute garbage. I paid over 100 for a blanket that is so thin you can see light through it. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift. Customer service just asks for more pictures every time I reach out. I have sent many at this point and they are fully aware that the blanket they sell isn't much thicker than tissue paper! There are better companies. Look elsewhere.

I wish I could say anything positive because it is a neat idea for a company but they really struggle with execution. A ton of options but the quality isn't there. Ordered 2 items and paid to have it done sooner. After approving the artwork the transfer to canvas and coffee mug was nothing like the preview. The print on the mug was crooked and not wrapped properly and looked very cheap. I could have done a better job on Canva or Amazon. The canvas was so dark you could hardly tell what you were looking at even in direct lighting. I communicated this to customer service and they offered to redo the canvas. On the mug I was told they would pass on the complaint to the team and nothing more. I didn't get a preview or anything from them before resending the new canvas and they knew what the issue was. They didn't ask for a new or better quality photo which the one I used passed when unloaded because if it's low quality it won't let you use it to begin with. The new canvas I got was darker than the first and I took a picture of them side by side for comparison. They asked if I wanted them to replace it again but I said no they clearly don't have a clue and customer service is abysmal. They even wanted to blame the quality of photo and pass the buck like most companies do. These were gifts to help my mother get through her grief as she had just lost her cat of 20 years. She still treasures them but I hated gifting something that looked so cheap that wasn't at all inexpensive. I'd avoid them and find a better company

I placed an order beginning of December and received a shipping confirmation email with tracking 12 days after. I kept checking the tracking but my purchase was never shipped. I emailed support and it took very long for them to respond to me, so long that I had sent 3 emails and commented on their social media posts in order to receive a response. I asked why my order status stated “shipping information received” but never any shipment movement details and the support team was dismissive about this fact telling me that it could just be taking awhile. This was obviously not the case because there was no in transit/movement of my package listed on the tracking webpage provided. They told me they would look into this for me but I received no response for 7 days. It wasn’t until I followed up with another email asking about my order they told me they had lost my order even before sending it to shipment and that they would replace it. Horrible, disorganized and not very helpful. So disappointed I had ordered from them before but this time (my 2nd time) will be the last. I will be sure to contact local artists in my area for this in the future.

There are so many choices which I appreciate. It would be nice if your filter would let you search by more than just one category. I wanted to search for male single pet in renaissance but I could not get that specific. I would have given 5 stars if your filter system were that specific.

Used in the past and great quality products. Adding to the collection. Very reasonably priced after offered discount code. These are great and entertaining pet renaissance “paintings”

This is my second time using this service.
The first time everything went as planned, and my gift arrived in time.
This year, We ordered on 12/10/24, where a HUGE BANNER was advertising "arrives before Christmas!".
I approved the design on 12/14/24, and my estimated shipping date was 12/16 - 12/19. 12/19 came and went. I tried and tried to get in contact with anyone, email, etc. Customer service for this company is NON-EXISTENT. When I did receive a response, 3 days later, it did not address my question and was created by AI.
It is now 12/26/24. My package was shipped on 12/22/24, with an eta of 12/31. This has now moved to 01/02/25, almost a full month later.
Do not give your money to this predatory company. They do not care about your gift, their false advertising, or even communicating/answering your questions.
They will not attempt to make it right, and you will receive stock replies every time.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Lazy art. They let you adjust the things you want in your picture but every request was ignored in the result. The artists are either lazy or they just use AI. It’s not worth it at all.

This was ny 2nd time using crown and paw. First experience was great. I placed an order for a digital copy on December 4th. I finally reviewed my file on December 24th, leaving me NO time to print it for Christmas. I pretty much begged them for weeks saying this is a Christmas present please. Or that I would have no time now to print it for Christmas. They literally would not respond to any of my emails and just received a generic. Response back. There is NO customer service at all. The company could care less about the multiple attempts I made or having my order to me on time. Don’t say ready in 3 days if it’s going to take 20.
Ordered a pet portrait with 24 hour preview. Waited 19 days and still haven't heard so much as a "haha we stole your money"
Super disappointed - placed my order on 5 December, hoping it would arrive well before Christmas but order tracking says its still waiting to be processed. Support email address does not answer.
Update: order still hasn't arrived and tracking is saying it will arrive late February having originally said mid January.
Took 2 weeks to get a digital print (stated it would be 1-2 days at time of check out). Money was immediately withdrawn from my account and they DO NOT have a number that they can be contacted at. After a week my order number stopped working. This company is a scam. Save your money and make your own image with AI. What a joke.
*Update: the review was written on the 21st, a refund for the early preview was received on the 22nd. I genuinely appreciate the refund, but I’m bummed it had to come to a public review for action on something so minor.
Just to be fair, when it comes to the product: my purchase was probably the most basic of purchases one could make from them, so while my experience wasn’t perfect and though the product is fine, it probably didn’t demonstrate their full skillset, as they seem to offer more than basic/template screen printing.
—————
The product was fine, shipping was no issue, but they promote an “early preview” for $10.
The product I ordered was my image on their background with their text style.
The preview on the website at the time of order is it- what you see is what you get.
Which is fine, if that was made clear, and if the option to purchase an early preview for $10 wasn’t presented at point of sale as an extra/upsell.
I assumed, since they were offering an early preview for sale, that I would be given the chance to review it and it might be different than the simple image overlay you see when you upload your picture.
The marketing texts and emails have been CRAZY heavy. I even responded to one upsell attempt stating I was waiting for the preview. No response. I responded to another and they said that because it is not “custom” art, there’s no other preview needed.
Totally fine, but why offer a service at the point of sale offering it? And no follow up response to that email, either. It was clearly an error on the purchase, and not 100% my fault. A reasonable company would offer to refund that $10 as that service was not provided for the product I ordered.
Other than that, it was two shirts I ordered- it’s a screen print. Not fancy, nothing makes me think “yeah this is worth the near $100 for a sweatshirt and t-shirt”.
Maybe it is because of the product I ordered, but aside from the 27+ emails and numerous texts I’ve received in the last 13 days, and the scammy $10 early preview upsell at checkout there’s really nothing that sets apart the finished product from a vendor at a swap meet doing screen prints.
Unfortunately I’m not going to try a more expensive or more personalized/customized offer given the nonsense of the first basic order. Nor can I recommend this to others.
They said it shipped, but usps says they did not receive the items yet. Promised to deliver before Christmas, which is definitely not happening. When I input order number on their site, it says order does not exist. Also, poor response time from their customer service team.
If I could give them a zero I would. Placed an order early December for a Christmas gift. Received notice about two weeks ago it was complete and would be picked up by USPS within hours. There has been NO change on the status and I have had NO response from customer service even though I have reached out three times. I am contacting my cc company to credit me since I now have to find something else for my son for Christmas. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!
My order was wrong based off a glitch on their website. The item comes with multiple photos that I uploaded, yet only one was printed. That should have been caught during printing, but to make matters worse they are saying it was my error and refusing to correct the issue. There are many better companies out there, do not use this one.
Revceived the T-shirt after 2 weeks, but without the print of my two dogs. The T-shirt had a print that said ”remove this and replace”. Hoping to hear back from customer service, because I want my money back!
Took my order and never heard from them again. I had to report the transaction to my credit card as fraudulent.
It’s been 2 weeks I haven’t seen a preview and have emailed support and sent in tickets and haven’t heard anything from the company. They say 2-3 days to review the product, they are non responsive
