Second booking with The Cruise Line. Lauren was terrific. Quick, efficient and always friendly and helpful. After my enquiry cabins, flights and hotel rooms were held until finally decided and confirmed 4days later - excellent service!

We have just made a cruise booking on Explora 11 with Lauren as our booking agent.
We have used Lauren when booking previous cruises & always had exceptional service. Our latest booking was no exception. Lauren was able to secure direct flights in and out of Athens and gave us several options of pre-cruise hotels. Lauren is extremely professional and makes the whole process seamless. All documentation including airline bookings arrived promptly. Cruise package price was very competitive. Would highly recommend.

Lauren was very helpful in providing details about two potential holidays I was thinking about. She was patient and understanding when I needed time to think about things and was able to extend a 'hold' on the holiday until I was happy with my choice.
Additionally she suggested information for tours and filling my time before a flight. Very helpful, thank you.

Just spent the past 2 weeks negotiating a deal with the fantastic Jess Garwood for our trip of a lifetime to Alaska next July 2027 including the Rocky Mountaineer. Amazing courteous, knowledgeable customer service from Jess. Nothing was too much trouble even though I changed my mind several times. Very patient and tolerant. Nothing was too much trouble and her expertise and knowledge of the trip was outstanding and her recommendations for the itinerary are perfect. Thank you Jess.
