Jess Garwood has been booking our cruises for some time now. She is efficient in her dealings and personable in her conversations with us. I can highly recommend The Cruise Line.

I had used Cruise Line before to book a cruise with Windstar Cruises and I wanted to go on another Windstar Cruise and therefore did all the research on the Windstar Cruises website, which provided more detail than the Cruise Line website. Having found the cruise I wanted, I then contacted Cruise Line to make the booking, as this was much easier than booking directly with a company based in the USA. Cruise Line also gave me discounts that I hadn’t been aware of, one from Windstar Cruises as a previous customer and an additional loyalty discount from the Cruise Line line. The undiscounted price itself was slightly cheaper at current exchange rates than booking direct. I would have liked to book a complete package including flights and additional overnight accommodation through the Cruise Line for the added protection this offers. Unfortunately the price quoted was much more expensive than booking direct with the airline and hotel and I was also offered a wider choice. Overall however, my experience with the Cruise Line has been good and I would use them again.
