I have been using CruiseOffers for many years. I find that they are very competitive with prices and nothing seems to be a problem for Mark or Shannon. Both employees always go above and beyond with their customer service and are a fabulous asset to the team at CruiseOffers.

None of the site worked went elsewhere and booked

We haven’t yet been on our cruise.
But the service pre cruise has been wonderful.
All questions have been promptly and graciously answered.
Today made us realise once against why it is useful to book through Travelrite. We had to fill out a website of our information for the ship before sailing, and we just couldn’t get it to work. We rang our amazingly helpful and lovely agent, Janine Methven, who completed the paperwork for us and was extremely nice about it. A very frustrating situation was resolved. Thank you Janine Methven.

We were very disappointed with the way we were linked with a couple of ladies we didnt know. Colin got all the paperwork for our transfers etc and they didn't.The tours in Hong Kong were very disappointing. We were given a twin room and the 2 ladies were given a double at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and the customer service desk sorted that out for us. Both the hotels in Hong Kong and Singapore were not in very desirable areas especially the Park Royal on Kitchener. We were all booked on the same transfer from the airport and our flight was 1hr 30mins after the 2 ladies.The transfer time we had didn't leave them enough time to check in so we had to bring it forward by 1 hr which meant we had a 4hr wait for our flight. We also received their e-tickets for the flights and they got ours so we had to sort that out. All in all we were very disappointed with the whole system and we think we are entitled to some kind of compensation for all the stress of me keep ringing Melbourne and doing things on line myself. Your ad for the cruise in our courier mail was also misleading as it stated ( Be the first to board the Ovation of the Seas when the ship had been in circulation for months. Wow cruise offers are just so good to deal with it's just a pity the Royal Caribbean wasn't antwhere as good was my first cruise with them and will surely be my last talk about unprofessional and disorganised my advise is never pay Gratuities or book shore tours with them as you will be totally disappointed

It was my first time cruising and the girls were very helpful with the booking and especially what to do etc. definitely would use them again.

Great vibe on Voyager of the Seas Ship.
Great music venues.
Great entertainment in La Scala Theatre.
Amazing service in level 3 dining room staff.
Wonderful food.
Great food in Windjammer Cafe.
Not enough middle of the road movies.
Would have liked lectures from Naturalists & Historians on places we were visiting like they have on Celebrity Solstice Ship.

For a first time cruiser i feel like i wasnt given enough information i had to search for it all myself. This nearly led us to missing the boat as we were not told about how early you had to be at the boat and we were flying from Tasmania.

I have been using cruise offers for some time now & they give me the best prices & service & Freya goes above & beyond to help us wherever possible.

Everything went smoothly without a hitch and we were totally cared for throughout the holiday. Loved the train adventure especially, enabling us to make friends who then we met up with on board ship.

Enjoyed the restaurants including being able to dine out for a special night
Did not appreciate the sheer number on board. It was excellent for younger folk, The modern shows were too noisy for me I tried to stay to
the end of the shows but the noise was too loud for me. I admit to very
good hearing, at 84. Spacious shops and walkways, beautiful decor
interesting everywhere. Once again shop contents without interest.
Pools to be envied, comfortable loungers when one could be obtained.
Staff impeccable, great choice. Emergency situation well handled.

wanted to get back on this cruise when this finished and do it again and again. great location great staff great ship
