Very happy with our price as we made a pretty late booking.

I picked a cruise from Royal Carribean, on the Cruise Offers advertising site. They had all the details there on the screen right down to a plan for picking your own cabin. Descriptions of all the activities, dining options, and theater times.
I rang and booked on the phone, and was assisted to the enth degree.
They sent all the information as and when it was required, and after the cruise I and my wife couldnt have been happier.
We are looking for a similar experienceeither late this year or early next year.

We and our friends have booked with cruise offers for the past 4 cruises. Our friends booked their cruise a day before us. They told us the price they paid, we tried to book and the cruise was $1000 more the next day in a cabin 2 doors down , same category. Contacted the sales person Jodi and she came back with sorry that was a special end of story, even after pleading our case it was a no go.
Cruise we just came back from we waited for paperwork etc which they now dont send. All we received was a black and white photocopied letter not personalised that they now just send out and that awful lanyard. No back pack or anything. When we returned we received a coloured letter welcoming us home, it had our name and an actual persons signature.
Also now once you pay deposit - you dont get any reminders etc. This is why we didnt book the cruise they wouldnt drop the price on with them

Always provided quick responses to email enquiries. Easily changed booking to a lower fare when it became available later.

We have booked 5 cruises, outstanding service from Freya, only draw back a few small charges for cancellation outside 5 months and changing name

I have booked with Cruisesalefinder before through Amy, Amy was unavailable and Narelle looked after my lastest booking, and told me I was still Amys' client and Amy would get the 'sale'. Narelle was as good an operator as Amy and everything for the 3 cabins went smoothly....except for one of the 8 birthdates. ...I easily fixed this in My Account settings under Bookings....I then rang and checked that it had gone through the system...all OK. Price was best at the time of booking, which included some OBC, that no other TA was offering...PLUS I got $50 Christmas promo discount as well.

Have done a number of trips to fascinating places with Cruiseoffers - all have been exceptional value for money. Would recommend anyone to consider Cruiseoffers when planning a trip.

Terri has been very helpful in arranging a cruise tour plus extension for my group of 8.
The cruise tour presented by 'cruise tours' meets our needs perfectly and the cost is very reasonable. I love that we can pay for our travel in instalments which prevents a mad rush as the end date gets closer. Terri is very approachable over the phone and keeps in touch by email. Altogether a great experience.

two years ago I engaged Cruise offers to arrange a cruise on a Royal Caribbean l;iner departing Singapore for Sydney. No problems were encountered until endeavouring to access the ship. The cruise com pany was responsible for an almighty muck up : We stood waiting for more than three hours, and there were few chairs.to sit on. This was the second year running when ROY> CARIB. had totally mishandled the embarkation process.. Moreover, in both years, several passengers had failed to surrender their passports. thus delaying departure by many hours. None of this detracts from my estimation of Cruise Offers/.
I decided this year to try Princess lines., again engaging Cruise Offers .Once again, passengers had not listened to announcements and had failed to surrender their passports. I am still smarting about these un-necessary delay, and intend to write to both cruise lines suggesting that passengers who fail to comply be fined a salutary amount to recompence the cruise lines for the costs incurred in overstaying their allotted time in port..( Bye the way, a lady passenger seated at my table had her name broadcast as a non-complier; when she had in fact handed it in. Princess Cruises had mislaid the darned
thing. She was acutely embarrassed but did not receive an apology )

I am totally happy with Cruise Offers and hope - if there is a suitable Singapore - Sydney cruise next year- to reengage them. Fine service from them: I phoned one consultant on a Saturday afternoon requesting some cruise brochures. To my dismay, they were delivered to my letter box on the next Monday morning.: Good work to Cruise Cov. and also to our wonderful postal at Sunbury

I have always been very happy with the service provided by this company. I like to research and find my own cruises, but always use Cruiseoffers to make the final arrangements. I find they really do the best they can to get the best outcomes in dealing with the cruise lines.
