The whole cruise was thoroughly enjoyable. It was however disappointing that my nephew and niece would not travel as they wanted to see Australia Zoo. At the last minute my father became too ill to travel. His ticket was cancelled and when we tried to use the cabin for our other travellers we were told it was re-booked. Hopefully this means a refund will be granted.

All our contingent enjoyed the trip. One issue is we had drinkers aboard. We would have preferred a drink allowance as it was impossible to keep track of the drinks ordered.

Would use again. Good service and no problems

Fortunately, my first contact with this company involved Shannon from their Balwyn office. The service received to-date has been nothing less than outstanding. Shannon is an absolute credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending her, and "Cruise offers" to those considering a cruise.

I have a current cruise booked with Cruiseoffers who also looked after airfares and hotels. They are professional and always get back to me when I have a question or needed to change plans. Nothing is too much trouble. I have been dealing with Shannon who is amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending Cruiseoffers.

Have booked many cruises through cruiseoffers and have always found staff to be very professional, friendly and efficient. Such an easy experience

A most enjoyable cruise to Hong Kong which provided the rare opportunity for a shore excursion to the subterranean river in Puerto Princessa. Extremely satisfied with both the service and the price for the cruise provided by Cruise Offers.

I booked my cruise online and received email confirmation, other questions promptly answered via email and my tickets mailed out with my free lanyards.

Our dealings with the company were simple and straightforward. We found the deal we were interested in and within a day of starting dealings with the agent we were confirmed and booked. Definitely recommend for ease of use!

Unfortunately I had to ring twice to get something done. The first time I was told she couldn't do it for me while I was on the phone to her because she had other customers waiting to get through. A week later and no email so I called again. Again she tried to refuse to help me because she had customers waiting. I stated that I was also a customer and I had also been waiting to get through. I asked to wait while she worked out the price of the cruise after the requested change. Her tone and unwillingness to assist me means that I will never book through cruise offers ever again. I was not treated or spoken to like a customer should be. Princess cruises themselves gave me a better price and awesome customer service. Book directly through your cruise line for the best price and service.

Saw a cruise, entered my booking & it was done. Only problem occurred as passport info was required by CruiseOffers but not entered on the booking with the cruise line so required reentry.

They don't really do anything
