Withdrawal request took 8 days
Update 21-07: withdrawal is finally processed, after 8 days waiting. Therefore I will update the rating. For me this is still too long, especially when you do not communicate in this period.
update: Crystal Roll is trying to remove this review. They can also decide to process the withdrawal. Maybe they can respond under this review why it takes now more than 5 days to process.
New joiner for this Casino. I always first test if they process withdrawal (timely). Deposit is possible in basically 3 minutes. Requested a withdrawal Sunday morning. First they ask you to deliver ID info. Ok, fair. Than they approve your ID, then they request info regarding your bank account. I think not needed, as this is the same bank account used for deposit. Anyway, also delivered that on Sunday. And now waiting more than 3 days. Withdraw is stuck as the first step ("performing checks"). They claim this is processed in 24 hours. but still no activity. Requested updates via chat (they respond quickly, however they cannot promise anything). Poor first experience and not sure if I continue with this website.
