Follow up and follow through seems to be an issue.
The pod was a week late arriving at our new home. During our wait for our stuff, there was conversation with and initiated by a representative from utopia regarding compensation for the inconvenience. When our pod arrived and the full payment was made by us, that was when the talk of compensation ended as well.
Follow up seems to be an issue.

Poor management, horrible customer service.
They don’t deliver what they promise.
Overcharge you without notice.

Cubeit Portable Storage
I don't know how we would have coped without the Cubeit Storage before and during our kitchen reno. It was easy to order and they googled our house to insure the Cubeit would fit our driveway and therefore which direction the opening would face.

It was great at first
In the end they almost delivered it to the wrong house(only caught it because my new neighbour knew we were expecting it) and they left all their wood and garbage on our old driveway which we had to pay our precious landlord for clean up. I called and complained and was offered NO compensation or anything. Hardly even an apology.
