Terrible service, lack of communication,
Periodic inspections pointless, they literally let our property get trashed, different staff all the time, can never get hold of anyone when we try to call, DO NOT let your property with them

I have had a great experience with Cubitt & West in Havant Hampshire. They are very professional and helpful answering any questions or queries I had in a prompt and timely manner. Seamless process, never a problem arranging a number of re-viewing after offer was accepted and always accommodating with various surveys. All staff friendly and always helpful.

Comprehensive and proactive support to ensure flat could be re-let rapidly and seamlessly after sudden tenant departure. Marketing, tenant selection/vetting, flat inventory, cleaning, safety and all legal aspects covered for new contract and referencing of new tenants all carried out in a few weeks. By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating.

Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law) turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible, and the Sales Progressor from Cubitt and West only served to disrupt communications and confuse the process while only being interested in their own commission. This resulted in consequential losses of thousands of pounds and a lot of unnecessary distress.

My recommendation, therefore, is to arrange your own legal advice, and block out the Sales Progressor from the process entirely. Block their email address and phone number if you need to! You will be much better off and have far more control over the process.
