Elise was exceptional at guiding me through the consultation. She was able to take some general concept ideas/inspiration images I had and incorporated them into meaningful suggestions that have given me a lot of confidence in the final product. I look forward to working with her to produce the engagement ring of my partner and I's dreams!

Unfortunately, I did not go through with a purchase at Cullen Jewellery due to being advised a different route from my partner.
If this was not the case, I would have purchased through Cullen, solely due to the fact that Symone Jackson was unbelievably patient, passionate, knowledgeable and helpful.
From start to finish she has been an amazing support on this journey.

I would suggest Cullen to anyone, especially if they are dealing with Symone.

I had such a lovely visit to the Melbourne showroom. The location, ambiance, service and staff are very welcoming. I went to pick on my engagement ring, I was surprised that the staff didn’t try to upsell on anything. Instead they listened, asked and focus on what we want as a customer. The whole experience was tailored just for you. In my experience, the staff were very knowledgeable as expected, and they genuinely helped me pick the perfect stone.
