Victoria was wonderful! It was our second time trying on engagement rings, so we didn’t really know what to look for. Victoria was very patient and sweet to us throughout our appointment. She took the time to show us different stone colors and customization that we were interested in. She also took notes and sent us a very detailed summary of the appointment. We were quite overwhelmed with all the options, so Victoria’s summary really helped us narrow down and keep notes of what we liked.

Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Cullen and with Victoria!

After researching online for a dress ring, I was shown multiple options along with being given a detailed overview of the 4C’s, of which I had very limited knowledge of beforehand.
The show room in Sydney is a beautifully designed, welcoming environment (totally lacking in high end ‘stuffiness’) which made us feel completely relaxed.
There was also no pressure whatsoever to choose a ring outside our budget. Bridget worked with my preferences and we’re now on track to finding the perfect emerald cut dress ring!

I had an appointment with Sydney yesterday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! She is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly an expert in her field. The hospitality and customer service were exceptional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. And I believe we may have found a ring! I had such a wonderful experience working with Cole, the Assistant Showroom Manager at Cullen Jewellery, to design my dream engagement ring! From start to finish, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to walk me through all my options, answer my many questions, and help me figure out exactly what I wanted without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

Beyond being incredibly informative, Cole was so sweet, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping me create a ring I would absolutely love. I walked away from my consultation feeling so excited, confident, and happy with the entire experience!

Very helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for

Golsa was very helpful throughout the whole appointment and helped us narrow down which diamonds and ring designs we like.

Service and selection was great. Aysha assisted us to go through all of the options we wanted to look at and noted everything very helpful. Despite being a shorter session (as we were late), she did not make us feel too rushed and still got through everything we needed to in a friendly way.

We absolutely loved our time with Symone. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process simple. She brought out the right rings to help us narrow down what we like liked. My partner and I both loved an Emerald cut and a Marquise cut but couldn't pick between the two. When we told Symone, she pulled out an Elongated Hexagon cut and as soon as we saw it we knew it was the one. We are looking forward to our custom made ring! Thank you Symone!

This was our first time looking at engagement rings, and neither of us but more importantly, my partner. had any idea what style she would like, so we went in completely blind.

From the moment we arrived, Harrison made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. He talked us through all the different options, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk us around the showroom, picking out as many rings as we wanted to try so my partner could get a real feel for what she liked.

It was a lovely experience from start to finish, and we’re really looking forward to the process ahead. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.
