Can’t thank Emerson enough for her service during the appointment! She asked all the right questions and pointed out considerations I wasn’t aware of in a caring and genuine manner. Just by listening to my likes and dislikes, she presented a beautiful ring and aided in customising the little things to make it perfect and tailored to me. My boyfriend and I were really impressed with her knowledge and sincerity and both agree she made this experience amazing and has given us the best impression of Cullen Jewellery.

Melbourne show room is lovely and beautiful. All staff are excellent and friendly. We had Bella today for our wedding band appointment and she listened to all our concerns and was able to provide clear instructions and assistance to guide us to choose our rings.

Jacinta and I visited Cullen for an engagement ring consultation. Our appointment with Flo was engaging and we had the opportunity to try a large range of styles, stone cuts and sizes.
