Don’t respond to emails or messages and it has been 6 weeks now. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I have requested a refund and still nothing.

People don’t buy form this bandit company

I ordered some trousers and took over a week to come. They didn’t fit me right and send them an email to say I would like to send them back and they haven’t gotten back to me and it’s been over a week and wrote to them 2/3 times already. Tried to call them no answer. This is the horrible customer service I ever received. Their clothes made of plastic and paid £30 for some trousers that felt very cheaply made. Never buying from them.

10/10 customer service I contacted them for a refund as my item was to big for me (my mistake) and they replied very quickly and gave me a full refund and even told me to keep the item I will definitely be using them again top service I have received

Do not order from this company! I will now always check on Trustpilot before I order from a new company plus if you check their Facebook page where people have made comments under community! it is shocking how someone can get away with this. They are a scam company who take your money and either don't deliver the goods or send awful quality clothes with no way of refunding! Either way, you lose your money. The fraud department of my bank said they will sometimes send clothes out just to keep themselves active as 'suppliers' so they use the loop holes in the law!

Ordered a jumper eight weeks ago - did not come - scam site . Do not order

Have replied and asked me to email them - have done but will be my 20th email - order number 12359 - no one ever responds to emails

I ordered some Sun glasses £35 4 weeks later they arrived, no emails no confirmation, no paper receipt no nothing and 3 days after received them one lense fell out, looking at these replies and other reviews i have no chance in getting a replacement and or refund LESSON LEARNT DONT ORDER FROM THESE

I purchased a jacket and it arrived on the 20th of last month , it arrived in the wrong size and no body has returned my emails . Don’t order

Absolutely disgusting how this website is still advertised by google, also poses as a secure site which is clearly not the case!! Ordered pair of sunglasses that never came. Also extremely hard to get in touch with the website company ‘SHOPIFY’ which provides cult collection with its website. ALL A MASSIVE SCAM

TERRIBLE! This sham is run by a feckless and immoral young man from Suffolk pretending to be a legitimate company. He creeps on girls' social media, flatters them and asks them to be ambassadors, then steals their money and never sends their orders! Total creep, terrible business ethics. It is sad that this is so common.

Jacket arrived but doesn’t fit.
There is no paperwork to allow a return....no address to return to....they do not answer emails.....the telephone is only to a mobile number that does not get answered.

Do not buy from this sham of a company......not worth the hassle.

Their website should be shut down.

Jacket came 2 weeks late. Size small for teenage girl, but size only big enough for perhaps a 10-year old girl. Avoid.

Awful. No communication. Reported as fraud with bank. Crappy jacket arrived with no packing note for return. Run. Run fast.

I ordered a puffy jacket and never turn up paid £50 for nothing

Waited weeks for a coat to arrive, money taken but no coat delivered to my house.. I didn't think to check reviews for the website due to the website looking authentic and the fact it had a padlock on the URL made it look secure. I was stupid - I have now looked at reviews to see if people have had the same problems as me and ALL the reviews state the company have NEVER posted their items, some people have waited months.. how can they get away with this?? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. taking away people's hard earned money and yet they are still allowed to have a website on Google? We need to do something about this to protect people out there especially young girls who work hard and want to use their first earned money for some new clothes and just get scamed!!

Honestly a big scam! It’s not worse buying from here my jacket has not even been sent out so I left emails and contacted them by the number that is the customer service contact. They ignored every single one! They only take money and don’t send out the package. Disgusting
