Curtains are total crap and damage your home.

Curtains are total crap. I spent over $3,200 for a double curtain rod and curtains. The rod doesn't hold the weight of the curtains and created holes in the wall of my brand new house. I even used their "service" with a designer to make sure the configuration would work. When I complained about the damage done to my home their solution was to send more brackets to hold the bar which still didn't work. I complained and they said the solution was to send more brackets. Then they said they sent them but used the old tracking to say they were delivered. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company. Only because i filed a complaint with the credit card company did they send the brackets. Of course the brackets didn't work just like before causing even more damage. I then filed a complaint again with my credit card and they ignored American Express for months and at the last minute answered my complaint. So now I'm out $3,200 for curtains that can't hang and have thousands of dollars worth of drywall damage in my brand new home. This company is absolute trash and will steal your hard earned money. Please heed my warning and find another company so you're not out thousands.

Because you chose our premium, heavy-weight fabrics on a double-rod system, the installation requires specific reinforcement when mounting on drywall rather than solid wood or studs. Our records show that after our designer and support team intervened, we provided the necessary heavy-duty anchors that successfully secured the rods.

Regarding the payment dispute, we have been working transparently with the bank to show that the installation issue was addressed with professional-grade hardware. We never want a customer to feel their money isn't valued.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered sheer curtains for two rooms (96” width (48x2) x 76” length and 70” width x 76” length). The quality is extremely poor and the curtains arrived completely flat with zero drape.

They refuse returns and claim I should have selected 3x fullness, yet this requirement is not clearly shown on the order or edit page—it’s hidden in less obvious sections. I followed the visible measurements during checkout.

I paid $213 for a product that feels cheap and looks worse than budget curtains from IKEA. To get acceptable fullness, they expect customers to spend over $500, which is unreasonable for this quality. Misleading instructions and questionable reviews. I do not recommend this company.

I have had the most amazing experience…

I have had the most amazing experience working with everyone at Curtarra. I provided exact measurements for my 2 doorways and they provided expert suggestion and guidance. They also helped me create custom curtains for my needs, including custom color, trim, decoration, fabric weight, and the fact I needed it fire-retardant. All has been great

All has been great. Blind as expected. Mechanism working well and fairly easy installation.
My only thing are side panels look a little odd. They look like they are pasted on which they are with velcro. Not a great fit but I am ok with it. Thanks!

I suggest you look elsewhere! These curtains are insanely overpriced

These curtains are insanely overpriced. Paid over $1,200 for 4 small panels. Exact same quality, color and construction as ones I bought on Amazon for $40. Also wasn't clear about the pleat I selected coming with only snaps and I was unable to hang with my track system. After 3 customer service reach outs they refused to help or offer any option. Lost over 1k. Buy elsewhere and save tons of money while having the security of being able to return if needed

I placed an order on 12-20-25

Update. Curtarra CS was very helpful. They tracked down the order and updated me with the new tracking. The quality of the curtains are awesome. I am thrilled I received them and was worth the wait. *****I placed an order on 12-20-25. Rec'd confirmation on 12-28-25 that the order is on its way. As of today, 1-13-26, FedEx still does not have the package (according to tracking number provided) and there is no expected date of delivery. I was not aware these were made in China. Not happy. I cannot comment on the quality as I dont have the curtains yet. Hopefully I will get them one day as I spent $500.

Phenomenal quality curtains and great experience

The experience from the website to getting the curtains was amazing.
First of all, they are extremely detailed on their website and have a lot of information what's possible.

From the day I ordered I got an email stating that they got the order, then the next email was that it was shipped and then I got an email that they were delivered. No spam or more ads, just a super smooth process.
The packaging was great, they made sure to seal the sides with tape, so water doesn't get in.
I have professional sewing experience and have been in the business for 10+ years. The quality, the stitching, the color and attention to detail is off the charts.

I'm extremely happy with the curtains. I would recommend them.

I really liked the blinds

I really liked the blinds, they were easy to install, easy to operate, and I liked the quality of the material. The only thing missing is a bar to close the roll

I ordered Leslie curtains custom fit…

I ordered Leslie curtains custom fit for our dining room. Also ordered curtain rings and hooks. The process was seamless and the curtains are beautiful. Could not be happier. As it turns out I did not need the additional curtain hooks as the curtains arrived with hooks in place. Curtarra graciously provided a partial refund. They did not have to do that as that was my mistake. Excellent product, excellent customer service. Highly recommend

Service follow up outstanding

They are well made and can feel the difference. I was adding and changings things so what I wanted got edited. Follow up to fix issue was good was a few emails back and forth. I like how you can opt for cotton.

Less than satisfied

The curtains took like three weeks to get here which is OK. But after hanging them, the curtain belt that came with both curtains for the French doors were in no way long enough to belt the curtains in the middle and so the curtains just hang without any shape. They do the job, but they are not spectacular in the least I would go with a different company. They also took days to call me back after sending them multiple emails and it came out of Australia.
