I am blown away by the customer service…
I am blown away by the customer service at Curtarra. I made an order ON Thanksgiving day, needed to make a change to the order 10 mins later, so I wrote in and left them a message. They called me back within 15 mins ON Thanksgiving Day! I was shocked. The representative amended my order and waved the small difference in my order. I checked on my order a week later and again, the representative got right back to me. Two weeks later I got my order and they are PERFECT! I can't wait to dress my other windows with them! I would highly recommend Curtarra!

The ordering process was easy
The ordering process was easy. Customer service replied promptly to some questions I had before ordering. The drapes I ordered arrived and have been hung. They appear well made and I am satisfied at this point. Took a while to get them shipped as they apparently had to pass US customs. However, I was in no hurry.

Awesome Curtains!!
Never thought that working with an online curtain store would be this easy! The young lady Ash, was extremely helpful and I could not have done all my windows on my own, I would’ve messed up somewhere. She made it very easy and was always available with any questions I had, the fabric is beautiful and exceptional workmanship.
I’m finished with my how at the moment but there still is one more wi die I will be doing in the near future,

Not transparent and trustworthy
I placed an order for a curtain on November 22. For the last four days, the store has been telling me that the item has shipped, yet FedEx shows no record of the package being in their possession. Two separate tracking labels were created over five days, but neither has progressed beyond “label created.”
Customer service keeps insisting that FedEx is overwhelmed due to Black Friday. I understand that scans may be delayed during busy periods—but “not in possession of shipment” clearly means FedEx never received the package. This makes me feel that the curtains were not actually ready, and that CURTARRA is trying to create the false impression that the order has shipped.
I trust companies that are transparent and provide accurate status updates. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience here.
I will not be doing business with them again. For comparison, I ordered another curtain from a competitor at the same time, and FedEx has already delivered it from California—so shipping delays are not the issue.
