Shame you can’t give zero stars. As per many reviews about this company, NEVER order golf club head covers. Ordered two, never received. Offered refund, NEVER received. All sweetness and light up front, superficial. Absolute rogue company. Tell your mates.

I ordered some winter wheels for my powakaddy cart. They came in a day early. Installed easy and I must say they work great. Can’t thank Customprogolf enough !

Great service from Ed, I think I mistakenly gave an incorrect email address when I placed my order for a motocaddy trolley cover. I gave Ed a call and he confirmed that it had been shipped and arrived the following day. Would have no issues using Customprogolf again.

Similar to other people I ordered a head cover almost a year ago and was advised it was out of stock. Was told I would be refunded if not in but nothing has happened since. Emails not being replied to other the automated response and I left a voicemail and no one returned my call. Dreadful customer service-do not under and circumstances order from this company.

ordered a new putter grip and a head cover, unfortunately found these reviews after I had, emailed after 2 weeks to be told that they were "out of stock" and I was welcome to wait 2 weeks until stock was "expected", or I could have a refund.

Asked for a refund and was told it had "been actioned" and would be in my account in 3-5 days. Currently at +10 days and nothing, luckily I managed to claim back through my bank.

Avoid this absolute scam company.

I believe these people just take peoples money on false promises. Ordered a head cover , apparently nobody had any stock so offered me a refund or credit to use , I decided to use credit . Guess what still haven’t received anything. 3 months ongoing.

Why advertise products when they are not in stock ??? Was told my items were not in stock 10 days after ordering them and i would be refunded within 10 working days, 10 working days have passed and still not received it, i will not use this company again for sure!!! Ordered place 24TH July !

I needed a new Control motherboard for my Powakaddy CT6 golf trolley.
I ordered this from CustomPro Golf, and it came promptly, well packed, and with complete instructions for how to fit it.
Worked perfectly, and no problems since.

I ordered a Powakaddy umbrella holder for my old and dated machine. It was the perfect fit. Quick delivery and well priced. Can't ask for more.

Ordered a head cover in December 2024 for Christmas. I never got any shipping notification. I chased and then was told it wouldnt arrive as it was out of stock but I could wait for it to come back in stock. I waited and 7 months later still nothing. I have tried contacting them to get a refund and have been ignored. Diabolically run company. Avoid.

We purchased tyres for a Hillbilly trolley and we were impressed with the price, which was very competitive, delivery arrived when we were advised and the level of customer service was very good.
This was a birthday gift.
