Good quality product but check your confirmation email
Good quality product, and the 'cut my hole' tool seemed intuitive, but after 20 mins of agonising over the exact placement of the hole I wanted and its dimensions, these didn't pull through and I got a plain intact sheet instead. When I contacted them, they said they recommend checking the confirmation email when it comes through to ensure it's as expected, and there's nothing they would do.

Circular acrylic discs
I needed two circular clear acrylic discs I measured them and ordered on line they arrived well packaged and protected I unwrapped them and they were perfect
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone really great service

I ordered a walnut shelf which came well packed with carboard on the corners to prevent damage. It was maybe my fault on ordering but there was no edging tape on any of the sides so I had to purchase this & fit but otherwise very good service & quality

I sent a complaint and received a 'tkt' number, waited a few days, received no response, chased twice, still no response....

Easy to navigate website and straightforward to customise size, thickness and type of product. Very good value for money. Prompt delivery and product fitted exactly onto each circular top. Missing quality control?
I ordered a custom cut plywood sheet, but it arrived completely wrong due to terrible cutting errors. At one end, the sheet measures 195mm, and it tapers up to 200mm at the other, a 5mm error on a straight cut. According to their website, their cutting tolerance is +/- 1mm, so this is completely outside of what is acceptable. It is a clear quality control failure. I emailed customer support with clear photographic evidence showing the measurements against a tape measure, but I have been met with complete radio silence. Looking at other reviews, it seems a lack of response to cutting errors is a common issue here.

Pretty disappointing
Pretty disappointing. Ordered a plexi panel with an air con vent. They sent two for some reason. Both wildly incorrectly sized including the cut out and took three days to arrive. Called straight away and hoped they’d resolve asap. They said they would and expected delivery today (two days after letting them know); I’m still without the product. Hoping this is a one off as they sound pretty good, but nonetheless I expected better… Might write a better review if the product ever arrives…
