Disappointed
I was disappointed as I ordered 2 off 2.65mm drills but I received 2 off 2.6mm drills, as measured with a micrometer. Furthermore the package was grossly oversized for the product.

Thank you for the review. I’m really sorry for both the incorrect drill sizes and the oversized packaging, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
Regarding the packaging, we had unfortunately completely run out of our smaller jiffy bags on the day your order was due to be dispatched. Rather than delay your delivery, the team used the next available size so the order could still leave the same day. We understand this wasn’t ideal and apologise for the inconvenience.
As for the drills, we’re very sorry you received 2.6 mm instead of 2.65 mm. We’d be happy to either credit the cost back to you or arrange replacements to be sent out free of charge. If you’d prefer replacements, we’ll have them checked by one of our technical team before dispatch, as your feedback may have uncovered a labelling error that we want to investigate.

Why the difference?
Why the difference?
I was able to buy 10 inserts from China for £13, you charged £20 for 2 inserts.
Were yours better quality, I can’t say at the moment as I’ve not used them yet. Was your delivery time shorter, it took almost a week for them to arrive, the ones from China arrive just three days latter (includes a weekend) So why the difference?
I’ve now had chance to compare the performance of the inserts and can honestly say the inserts from Cutwel are superior, the quality of the cut and lower wear rate is quite noticeable, You pay for quality.

Our inserts are sourced through our tried & trusted manufacturers Korloy, and supplied to us with full quality assurance, traceability and technical support, which does mean the cost can be higher than unbranded imports.

Next Day Delivery
Product I received is what I needed, but I ordered on a Friday and made sure to call Cutwel prior to ordering to check that if I ordered for next day delivery it would come on Saturday. They agreed that if ordered with next day delivery it would come Saturday, I did not receive until Tuesday which hindered my plans.
