Cutter delivery…
I ordered ten small cutters and only five arrived. Fair enough, they were delivered very quickly, were very good value and work very well, so top marks for all that. However, on the delivery note it just said “180 days”. Presumably this means the balance will be delivered within 180 days? Any chance they could be delivered a bit sooner? A few more words of explanation would have been more helpful.

Product details are misleading
The product details are very misleading, the details very clearly state 10pcs so i thought i was ordering 1 pack of budget blades yet only 1 individual blade was delivered. Maybe my mistake for lack of knowledge on the price of these things but the description definitely needs clarifying.

Misleading carriage charges
When ordering using the Website it says carriage paid on ALL orders over a certain value.
This is NOT the case.
If ordering liquids you go through the whole transaction (still says carriage free) it's not until you go to the final order review that it then informs you that it in not carriage paid and the cost is added to your order.
Very misleading.

Cutwell asked, I shall provide
Cutwell sent an email asking for a review, unfortunately my last two orders have been troublesome.
Both orders (a few months apart) was ordered on their website, all items in stock and next day delivery expected. Next day came and nothing, called up and staff were extremely apologetic and offered next day before 1. The first order I accepted, the order arrive as promised. My recent order I had to cancel because I needed that order for that day, (yes I left it late and I’m somewhat to blame) however a service is offered and should be meet, it wasn’t the courier fault as the items wasn’t sent.
It’s strange that this has happened twice.
But on a positive! Before these two instances I had no issues at all and rated Cutwell highly. Hopefully my next order will be fulfilled without any drama.

Package didn't arrive the first time but staff were very helpful and re-sent. Only lost a star as I did expect to have my next day delivery refunded
