Amazing shop
Amazing shop, the staff was extremely friendly and educated on every daft question I had, I personally buy ink cartridges, but my brother buys 3d printing equipment from this shop, and he has always been happy with the quality of the products.

Page speed
The products were perfect and arrived on time. The only issue was ordering from their website. It sort of has some lag issues and that makes it slow , especially when you try to go to the next product page.

No shop/ No info on recycling
I have been using your services for years. It was very disappointing that you no longer have a physical shop in Nicosia and that it is all online now. Also, I have not found information on where to recycle old catridges.

Quick and convenient online purchase and checkout experience. Only negative was that there was no notification when the order was actually with the courier and no tracking. After a couple days after the order I inquired about delivery status they replied very quickly and the order happened to arrive on the same day, which was a Saturday.
