Absolutely rubbish
It took them a week after ordering pond filters for them to tell me they were out of stock, even though the website stated 2 to 4 days delivery
Still have not received my refund
Zero stars from me
DO NOT USE THEM

Valve was as advertised excellent value will use again in the future.

I’m in the US but it was really easy to communicate and they were very helpful in suggesting alternatives to what I was looking for. Most places won’t do that, they will sell you an item and never tell you that you have other options. I really appreciate that about them . And the response time was fantastic. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Very helpful company. Carl gave me lots of options on the pond I had been building and the cost to finish it and what a new, larger pond would cost. Decided to hire CWD to build me a new pond.

What a great service, Carl at Cwd has been great throughout! Its so simple to log onto the website and price your glass and see what thickness you need for your window size! Carl also gave me masses of help through his videos on you tube and personally, making sure the daunting task of doing a pond window can be achieved by any one, he also offers a service to do it for you if you don't fancy it yourself!
Carl also sorted my box weld liner. All sent out free postage, with tracking updates.

Overall a great service and I will continue to recommend Cwd ponds and Carl to anyone!

Fantastic service, would highly recommend. Ordered a window for the pond I built through them and they were more than happy to answer questions and provide advice on window sizes/glass thickness/installing. Great friendly communication from start to finish. Would definitely give more stars if I could!

I cannot recommend these guys enough, superb communication throughout and the prices are unbelievable!! If you need glass, equipment, pumps or a build do not hesitate. 100% the best in the business!

I employed CWDSandbach to do my pond build. Started in Feb 2021 and was promised it would take around 3 weeks. I had to find my own bricklayer as the one CWD was employing didn't materialise. Had to reattach and fit the existing pergola myself. Had to put the coping stones on the pond myself. Then after 12 weeks, had to terminate my contract with CWD and stop all work on my pond, as I was unhappy with the quality of the pipework being used and felt it was unsuitable. I have now had to pay another pond builder to come and redo the pipework and complete the build at an extra expense to me. I would not recommend CWD for a pond build and my advice to others would be to not pay a large amount upfront, and to make sure you have everything written down and documented in quotes and specifications.
