I am really impressed with the quality of our new outdoor lounge set. We weren’t familiar with the brand, and knew it was a bit of a risk not being able to see it in person first, but we are absolutely thrilled with it. And it arrived only 3 days after ordering it- so much faster than we were expecting! All around everything has been excellent so far.

AVOID!
I purchased a wardrobe from Daals for £459.99, but it arrived with incorrect parts, meaning it could not even be assembled. I contacted customer service immediately to request replacements.
Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been extremely poor. On multiple occasions I was assured that replacement parts had been dispatched, yet nothing ever arrived.
After more than a month of repeated emails and chasing for updates, I am still no closer to a resolution. I am left with an unusable wardrobe and have still not received a refund.
I would strongly advise against buying from this shambles of a company.

Delivery Lads William and Matt were brilliant couldn’t fault them at all very polite and friendly delivered the table and checked it was ok to leave it where it was. Excellent service table is also lovely just what we were looking for. Definitely will use you again.
Cancelled delivery slot and insufficient notice provided
I initially received a delivery slot in error, which was then subsequently cancelled. I requested more notice than the 24 hours provided and was assured I'd have 2-3 days notice but the following day a new slot was arranged with less than 24 hours notice.
When the delivery arrived the box was left in my hallway and whilst I now understand only ground floor deliveries are offered this was really challenging as the box was too large and heavy to be carried by one person. I would suggest adding delivery options clearly to the checkout process to avoid this.

Excellent good quality garden furniture. Great delivery service and kept you informed.
Awful delivery experience and zero flexibility.
There was zero flexibility with the delivery. I was told the wrong day initially, then told to ignore that information and a new date was arranged. The delivery was outside of the window and I had been clear of needing to leave by 10am. I was then charged for a failed delivery & absolutely no flexibility or any acknowledgement of their original mistake which had led to me having to make new arrangements in the first place. Deeply frustrating and no sense of customer service.

Delivery arrived on time in the one hour window we were told by the delivery company. Informed the day before the item was coming which is 3 weeks before it was expected. Product is gorgeous and had loads of compliments

Garry and Charlie did a great job, arrived on time and helped bring the heavy cabinet up a steep/narrow staircase taking care not to bash anything.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - they are running some sort of scam. I have been informed they are charging me £60 for a 'missed delivery fee' when I was at home all day and nobody attempted to deliver the item of furniture. I have disputed it with their awful customer service team who have told me their driver contacted me - I had no messages or any contact whatsoever. They will only refund me for the item I have never received, minus this £60 charge. Very strange that if you sort the reviews on here to show 1 star reviews they are all recent and the positive reviews are not... I truly believe they are just trying to take people's money with no intention of ever delivering items. Please don't make the same mistake I did!

Ordered two beds and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of both bedframe and mattress when unpacked. Good friendly communication with Daals and their delivery men. I would certainly purchase from this company again.
I recently had a very disappointing…
I recently had a very disappointing experience ordering a table from this company. The table was advertised on the website as available to purchase separately for £649.00, with absolutely no indication that a corner unit also needed to be ordered. Based on the information provided, I placed my order in good faith and completed payment.
Shortly afterwards, my order was cancelled because apparently the table cannot be sold on its own — despite the website still advertising it as an individual item. This is extremely misleading and caused unnecessary frustration.
I contacted customer services to explain the issue, but my concerns were simply dismissed and I was told I would receive a refund within 14 days. While the refund is appreciated, the handling of the situation was poor and no real effort was made to resolve the issue or honour the advertised sale.
Overall, this experience left me very disappointed with both the accuracy of the website listings and the level of customer service provided. I would strongly recommend that the company updates its website to clearly explain purchasing requirements to avoid misleading future customers
