Since I moved to Daisy they’re been over charging me so much they charge me extra£200 a month way more than in the contract even they’re saying all services is free ,I’ve been over charging even I’m trying to call them they cut of my landline my business all been stressed please shut this daisy down.

Internet down for 3 days. Poor customer service.
Internet down for 3 days. Rang Daisy three times today, was on hold for more than two hours and cut off twice. Man I spoke to was very blasé and very unapologetic. Daisy is very expensive, which isn’t reflected by the service. Phone regularly disconnects from internet and we are told to take the battery out of the phone, un plug cables and wait 10 seconds to put it back together again. Not exactly 21st century and pretty poor all round. Planning on leaving.
