First class service
First class service. The airfryer had a small piece of loose plastic inside the door. They requested that I immediately return the item and a few days later we had a brand new replacement. The item was being sold at a good price anyway. Very professional and a delight to deal with. My wife has gone cooking mad now makes me think I made a mistake.

A great shopping experience
A great shopping experience. I contacted the store to check something and get delivery information and then ordered online. Free delivery the following week was on time in a time slot and I got a phone call 30 minutes before too. The item was in perfect condition. Excellent.

Disappointed
Item as expected and on time. Only rated a three as the Radley purse I bought for £75 did not come with a Radley dust bag or box.
I expected that these items would have been integral to the purchase, as having bought a purse, and then a bag a year later from another store selling Radley items, they did. Very disappointing as the item is a gift and would’ve been so much more special in its normal presentation bag and box.
I think Daniels website should have stipulated that these items would not be included. Sadly no time to return or I would have!
