Bought a leather bag from their website, which was showing as being in stock when I placed the order, only to receive an email 4 days later telling me that they do not have it in stock and will not be getting it back in stock. I am now unable to buy the bag from another retailer as I have got to wait 7 days for my refund.

I Had looked everywhere for a certain toy my grandson wanted for Xmas eventually found one at your store . The parcel landed 2-3 days later perfectly wrapped and no dint or marks on the box . Excellent service from ordering to receiving the parcel Many Thanks

Easy to order the goods required and apart from problems parcel force encountered with delivery times the goods were received within a reasonable time frame.

I had some trouble with my initial order since 1 item was unavailable. They contacted me directly to let me know and in the end they maneged to reserve the last item available in a different color and I could order it easily and smoothly. I received my intire order all together after just few days. The customer service was great and quick and the deal on my offer was 50% off! Just amazing!

I ordered some Bramblecrest garden furniture; the mini modular sofa set. The price from Daniels was extremely competitive, especially as a free cover was also included.The furniture has now arrived and is of excellent quality, I am very pleased.
My order was on-line but when I had reason to contact them my experience was excellent and demonstrated what a customer focused company they are.

Looking for a gift for my grandchild. Found Classic Brio at Daniels for a much cheaper price than our usual default big company. Delivery charges were much less too. Easy to use web site. Received product swiftly and with no complications. Will definitely use again.

Sadly when we had our Bramblecrest Cocoon Chair delivered it was damaged. However, I contacted the Store immediately, Dave in the Furniture section could not be more helpful! Donna in the Furniture section then continued on with correspondence with me and she was so helpful too. Two weeks from Delivery we had a new one arrive which was perfect! Delivery Drivers could not be more helpful too! So although it was damaged the amazing level of Customer Service and aftercare from Dave and Donna and Delivery Drivers just made such a difference! If only everyone was that helpful when something is wrong with an order! Very impressed indeed!

Brought a pair of Brooks Adrenaline from them at a good price. There was an issue with postage being added when it shouldn’t have been, but customer services were efficient and helpful and headed the problem off before I got charged. Which makes them better than most on line shops I’ve dealt with. Recommended.
