Of course there are good and bad in…

Of course there are good and bad in daraz but what you need to know is that what daraz does is connect sellers and customers. So there can be good sellers as well as bad sellers. As far as I know they regulate the sellers to provide good service to the customer. Please read the description and customer comments before purchasing any product to avoid any problems.

Keep away from this Company

Keep away from this Company. They sell items and if the price goes up, they will roll our money and refund leisurely. I lost the possibility of buying at a reasonable price elsewhere. No reason was given for the refund. Impossible to contact customer service. It is far better to pay a little more and buy from a more reliable seller. You will benefit in the end.

Seriously disappointing delivery…

Seriously disappointing delivery service. My delivery was ten days late and every single time I complain they always yell ‘in three working days this will be sort out’ but guess what? It still hasn’t.
I’m never ordering from daraz. They always push the responsibility of their late deliveries on fuel shortage while the other sites still deliver even with the crisis.

Daraz is a bad company

Daraz is a bad company. They did not deliver my product on time. I do not recommend Daraz. I feel very disappointed with their service. Satisfaction with the service is zero. Please give priority to customer satisfaction.

SHIPPING COST IS SO HIGH

I tried to order multiple items today and the shipping cost was about Rs.950 . Why the shipping cost is so high? Like I can buy something else from that money. VERY DISAPPOINTED .

Daraz Sri Lanka is completely a day time robbery. Please read the following carefully and AVOID TRANSACTING with Daraz.

Daraz Sri Lanka is completely a day time robbery. Various suppliers listed on Daraz online platform
cheat innocent buyers, because of inactive consumer protection authority. These online sellers cheat the buyers under the name of Daraz and it seems Daraz management also keeps a blind eye on this racket as it gets the commission on such fraudulent transactions.

I ordered (Order # 207599200661214) a UPS (value is about Rs. 20K) on "cash on delivery" basis in last week of this May. As the oder disappeared from Daraz system and I had no track on same. Given the need of a UPS under the ongoing power interruptions, then I placed another order (# 207604436228329), but this time I paid for same using my credit card.

After about five days of the second order, Daraz delivered me the first order and given that it was on "cash on delivery" I accepted the item by paying the dues to the person it delivered, simply because I did not want to disappoint Daraz. Subsequently, in about four days, they delivered the second order, and I returned it without opening the package.

After about a week, I got a mail saying my return request was rejected, due to failed Quality Check on the returned UPS. In about another four days, they sent back to me the returned UPS with a Quality Check Report (QC Report). The QC Report indicates the following two reasons for the rejection of my return request:

1. The original package is not in ACCEPTABLE condition. (I am surprised that it was the original package the supplier has sent to me and I did not even open the package.)
2. Not all accessories Present. ( Here again I must reemphasise the fact that I did not even open the original package as my intention was to return it given the fact that I had already got a UPS)

I tried several times to take this up with the Corporate Office of Daraz. However, no contact person to listen
to this kind of grievances.

The entire set up in Daraz Sri Lanka is such that ones you have bought something, you have no escape. However, Daraz prominently publish that the buyers are free to return their items.

So, ladies and gentlemen, beware of this day time robbery. Avoid Daraz.

NB: I have disclosed actual customer order numbers and my email address is made visible to the Daraz. Daraz team can reach me to verify the accuracy of the above.

I ordered something for my sister`s…

I ordered something for my sister`s daughter`s birthday and after weeks they cancelled the order saying a long story - they seem to sell stuff from third party sellers which are not reliable at all - however - will not buy anything again from daraz

Dont buy....they dont refund...mislead…

Dont buy....they dont refund...mislead customers....

They mislead customers...products are not mensioned as Gold or Silver ...but GOLD SILVER. Then they say its our mistake that we ordered the wrong product and keep the money.

Customer chat is so.useless and didnt refund my money. Dont ever buy from this company.

I ordered milk powder for my baby as usually, normally I'm ordering 800g,but mistakenly I ordered 400g.i made a return request with redeem with points,for the 3rd time that terum request was canĺcelled by them.2 times I called them and I request to accept my return.same thing happened
They didn't return that,exactly bad service,they want to sell their things only. After there's no service.totally disappointed.we are not going to use this app again.

I ordered an item from this website and…

I ordered an item from this website and neither received the item nor a refund.
I didn't even request a refund but, the system shows the status as refunded and I didn't even receive a refund.

Doesn't even get help from their customer service.

Don't buy anything from this website.
