Daraz always in seller’s side they didn’t care about customer. I was order JK 80 GSM photocopy paper box (5nos bundles) unfortunately I was received promate 80 GSM Box,
When I open the box inside all bundles are 75 GSM and some blue color patches also in few Papaer bundles cover.
Any way I was try to refund Daraz quality check team rejected my request without informing me.
I thought reason is blue color patches In the bundle cover it’s not my fault.
Finally I’m telling if anyone think to buy something from Daraz… be careful

Why is it mandatory for sellers to accept orders from buyers who will only pay using the COD facility? How many buyers have ordered products on COD, and not paid when it's delivered to their doorstep? Are they hiding inside their houses when the Daraz delivery rider comes knocking on their door with order? Is this fair to the sellers, who not only have to pay for packaging material, but also spend money on manufacturing the product. Buyers, please don't waste sellers money and time by ordering products on COD, when you don't have the money to pay for it!
I've experienced buyers who have ordered from my store on COD, and never collected the ordered product when it's delivered to them. It gets sent back to me as 'Failed Delivery.' I have to discard the packing material, and sometimes even the product. Waste of money. It should not be compulsory for sellers to accept orders on COD. It should be an option. Please be fair to the sellers.

When a negative review is posted on daraz 's site , it is automatically rejected . This way, this company artificially boosts its positive status. I ordered shoes , size 45 Eur . Got size 9.5 US though. This means Eur 43 . The company refuses to take them back and sent them back today . Also , the shoes had already been worn .Sorry, we cannot accept the return as It does not comply with our return policy.(Answer from Daraz)

It’s like a Third World country online shopping system they didn’t know new technology they still used in the paper system they should check what’s new World I don’t think that’s a good app for buy online said. It’s 0 star ⭐️

I have been a Daraz customer since arriving in Sri Lanka two months ago. One of my orders came completely wrong. I have tried and tried to get in touch for them to fix it, but there is no way to contact them or get your messages acknowledged. It is disrespectful to say the least.

Daraz has each and every departments. but they don't have work on time. I brought some items on daraz and after brought the item was not available in the seller. Because they told me to money will be refunded within 7 working days. Today is the 12th working day, money was not refunded yet. I complained again and again. They do not response to solve my problem. Fu**** service on daraz.

My sister-in-law ordered a cover for my sister's Galaxy Tab through Daraz.lk
They sent me a cheap small wallet like item instead, with the company identification stickers for the Tab cover placed on the packaging. I realized this was done on purpose to scam and con out customers, as the actual product would have been 9.7 inches diagonally, and the item they sent is about 1/4th the size.
The last time I had an experience with them is when a friend of mine ordered a premium umbrella for me through the Daraz website and it came broken in multiple places. Took 3 months of nagging for them to send someone to collect the faulty item and once collected, the website portal closed the complaint and thanked us for our purchase. The money wasn't returned, the product wasn't replaced.
I spoke around with a few friends about this and behold, each of them gave me their horrible experiences with Daraz!

Daraz cheats on both sides. They have also deceived sellers. I have been a Daraz seller since 2019, I received an order from a buyer, I packed the order and delivered it to Daraz Hub and they deliver the order to the buyer. The buyer told me that the order had been delivered to him. Therefore I know that the order will be handed over to the buyer. But Daraz gave me a DVD and sent me a message that the order had failed to be delivered to the buyer.
I got two orders like this... I lost more than 2000 rupees.

Daraz is cheating both side. They cheat sellers too. As i have a seller account, i received my first order worth Rs 14500 and they picked the item through Aitken Spence cargo, a third party career during the lockdown.
They didn't deliver the item to the customer, nor they didn't even return the item to me and i lost a brand new power tool. My god, they are way too fishy to deal with.... Stay away guys !

For the broken item Daraz sold me, I have been trying to return it for over a month now. I have made online chats with Customer Service Agents almost every other day. Every time, they gave me excuses, like in 1 week, 3 days and so on. Every time they try to shut me off by apologizing. And they want to rate them for their chat. How can I rate them when I am not satisfied. I am really frustrated and tired of chatting with the agents. I have so many complaint numbers. I believe this is a scam website for online shopping.

Daraz Sri Lanka is scamming people, even the sellers. They charge a commission plus a unmentioned payment fee in their policy. They even deposited my money in a wrong account and trying to get away with it, as of now I'm following on it.

They have a lot of products. but some of them are low-quality products. price is higher than usual 1650 mouse is 2400 in here. also, they use an illegal marketing strategy

DARAZ can be described as one of the worst service providers, I order on 16th September 2021 and the microphone does not work and no curia agent has visited since 17th September 2021 this time. I received 8 calls through customer service and complained but no agent gave me a fair response .The customer's money laundering organization, be careful when buying goods, I had to spend not only my money but also time and phone bill. fraudulent company.

Worst customer service.. they are canceling the orders without proper reason. They are didn't respect to their customers.. their system showed a available quantity and after placing a order they cancel without any reason after 2 to 3 days.. very bad service
