I was absolutely impressed by the quality of the items i received. This was my first time ordering from DarkinCloset and it’s safe to say that everything exceeded my expectations. The fabric is absolutely wonderful, the stitching is clean, and the pieces look exactly like the photos…if not better. The details on the clothes are very well made and the fit is spot on. The order also arrived safely and the packaging was pretty nice, overall i’m very satisfied with my purchase and i’ll definitely order from them in the near future, i don’t usually write reviews but this is a well deserved one.

Honestly I was hesitant to order since the payment was only through paypal. But I received the package in less than two weeks and everything is just like the pictures.

I'm a customer since a few years now. I keep coming back beacause of the *great* designs, kind customer service, and the reliable and fast shippings abroad. Prices are not really low, considering that the fabrics used are mostly synthetic; if you're trying to spend a little less, maybe this isn't the cheapest place online. But here you'll find the ultimate selection of goth outfits, spacing from victorian inspired romantic looks to punk and everything in between. It's basically impossible not finding something you will like (or even fall in love with). Very happy with my corset :)

Fast shipping and good quality clothing. The jacket I wanted was coming up on a lot of sites that looked shady, but I knew when I found it on DarkinCloset I would be getting what I was looking for.

Website listed multiple dresses in XXL size as available. I messaged for confirmation and was told yes these are in stock. After placing my order, I was told every item was not in stock. The team then tried to get me to accept store credit and clothes in the wrong size as an apology to not issue a refund. I directly asked for a refund 5 times and never received it. Had to file with my Bank and PayPal as this is a fraud distributor.

Never had an issue with this store and the clothes are nicely made.

They keep your money after you pay shipping and customs to return an item.

20 emails to remind them nicely and 4 months later, no refund.
As others mention, their stock is not accurate, so you pay for an item and they just say 'sorry it is out of stock' Good luck with refunds!

Truly the best Costumer Service I've ever had. They are super quick to respond, patient and always helpful. The delivery is fast and the items always look accurate to the pictures provided on the website.
