I have been really impressed by Datapacket's services, how they treat every customer equally and how their servers accelerated our workflow by multifolds! They have 0 down-time, bare-metal servers which perform as fast as it can, and a support which never lets you down! Highly recommended to check them out!

I recently had an encounter with a company that left me thoroughly unimpressed due to their rude and unprofessional behavior. I had initially approached them, expressing my interest in a trial as I was considering purchasing 10 of their products. However, their response left much to be desired.

Firstly, they informed me that I had a User Interface (UI), which wasn't the case. When I finally received access to the trial, it became evident that I had it for a mere 5 minutes, not the 20 hours they claimed. Without any UI to work with, I reached out for assistance with the issue.

Their response was nothing short of rude and dismissive. They essentially accused me of having the trial for too long, despite my clearly stated timeframe. I questioned their claims, pointing out that my email records showed I had the trial at 7 PM and was unable to use it by 8 PM.

I was met with further rudeness and disrespect, and they went as far as making baseless accusations without checking their own logs. Their response left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. It's crucial for any company to maintain professionalism and respect when dealing with customers, and their behavior fell far short of these expectations.

In conclusion, this experience left me with a negative impression of the company, primarily due to their rudeness and unprofessionalism. I strongly urge them to review their customer service practices and treat customers with the respect they deserve.

This company is one big scam. They charged my CC 330 dollars and when contacted for a refund they want all my CC info plus more info then they need. Stay as far away from these people as possible.

If you have heavy traffic and you are worried about bandwidth charges, you must choose DataPacket. They have a very strong infrastructure built.

The servers are stable and easy to setup and maintain, the customer service is outstanding, fast to answer and always willing to work with me to provide a tailored setup and price to fit my needs.
