we are truly sorry for your negative experience. First of all, we truly apologise for any inconvenience the outage has caused for you. I am sure you can see now or will be able to see in future, that an outage like this is a rarity with us, not a usual occurrence.
We have kept all of our customers in the loop about the outage but I assume by "real support" you mean resolution, which, unfortunately, came only after 3 hours.
After the incident, we have reached out to all of our customers, that were affected by the Frankfurt outage and provided both support and compensation based on our SLA. We understand, that the outage affected many businesses but we did our best to act as quickly as possible, and we did take several steps to avoid similar situations from happening in future.
We would like to assure you, that we do take this matter seriously and would like to get in touch with you to see, where exactly you feel we have failed you support-wise. Thank you.

Great support, great prices
Our experience with DataPacket has been fantastic from the first interaction.
They worked with us to create a package that would meet our needs. The sales and support staff are attentive, fast, and always have a good solution if we approach them with problems.
We've had servers hosted with DataPacket for a year now, and we plan to continue for many more.
I would strongly recommend you consider DataPacket if in the market for one dedicated server... or seven.

Best value bare metal hosting provider in the market which generally tends to rip off customers with exorbitant bandwidth fees. Datapackets team has always been fast responding and flexible. Their service has been very reliable. And when a hardware component became degraded, then their support informed us proactively and replaced it swiftly before our services were impacted. We are very satisfied Datapacket customer since April 2018.
