Great server hosting for a fair price
So far the best hosting service I have used. Very fair prices, quick (<1 day reply) and friendly support team, fast modern UI with mod/plugin support, multiple server (geo)locations, you can manage multiple servers, and you can even swap your server to a different game in matter of minutes, while the server keeps saves for both games. (tbh I didn't try that last feature). Oh and custom IP address!
With friends we purchased this for a minecraft server with plugins, and the support team always helped to make the server perfect when we had any kind of problem. Even when we had performance issue, the support team saved us with their amazing knowledge of the whole minecraft server niche. No more TPS problems. At all. Chicken Jockey!

3 month Valheim server with 4 people; Had some minor lagging issues but I'm pretty sure it was my own internet problem. Fantastic service with wicked-quick responses!

Amazing Server Hoster and Best Support
For me the layout and working with the Server was new, because I always did them with Nitrado. But I figured it out. Once I had it, it was as easy as eating Ice Cream xD.
I had some Problems connecting to the Server (due to a weak PC) . It had nothing to do with the Server but I asked the Support if they knew anything. They were amazing. They responded very quick with useful information and helped more than I ever anticipated.

Simple and sweet
In the beginning, it was slightly difficult to navigate as well as some features not working including how many players are online. Modding was easy, drag and drop sort of thing. It took about 36 or so hours to hear from anyone to get back to me about issues. There’s nothing extraordinary about this specific mod host but I can see they are still working on it. Great job !

Customer service is awesome
Customer service is awesome, server speed is absolutely amazing and it's literally cheap. At first i was a bit sceptic if it wasn't just a scam but it definitely isn't a scam and I absolutely recommend their services to everyone! Only problem I had was the lack of notification email before renewing your subscription so I forgot to cancel it in time, but after reaching them out they refunded me without any problem.

Great customer service
Great customer service. If you’re in Europe, don’t choose the Italian or Czech location, but the Germany servers work great - 10 people online, no lag. One of the best sever hosts for its price.
